一、指导思想：

以《初中数学新课程标准》为依据，全面推进素质教育。八年级数学是九年义务教育必修的一门课程，在教育过程中要贯穿党和国家的教育方针，走科学地教育道路，促使学生全面发展。并在教学过程中培养学生初步的分析、概括能力和应用科学知识解决简单问题的能力。进行世界观、人生观的教育，使学生在探究过程中体会学习的乐趣，逐步树立科学的世界观。数学在提高人的推理能力、抽象能力、想像力和创造力等方面有着独特的作用；数学是人类的一种文化，它的内容、思想、方法和语言是现代文明的重要组成部分。学生的数学学习内容应当是现实的、有意义的、富有挑战性的，这些内容要有利于学生主动地进行观察、实验、猜测、验证、推理与交流等数学活动。内容的呈现应采用不 同的表达方式，以满足多样化的学习需求。有效的数学学习活动不能单纯地依赖模仿与记忆动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学生学习数学的重要方式。

二、学生的基本情况：

上学期学生学习了一元一次方程及其应用，二元一次方程组及其应用，整式的乘法，相交线与平行线以及统计的一些简单知识，学生数学上的计算能力、阅读理解能力、实践探究能力得到了发展与培养，对图形及图形间数量关系有初步认识，逻辑思维与逻辑推理能力得到了发展与培养，学生从形象思维到抽象思维的过渡阶段，抽象思维得到了较好的发展。绝大部分学生能够认真对等每次作业，及时纠正作业中的错误，课堂上能专心致至的进行学习和思考问题，学生学习数学的兴趣得到了激发与进一步的发展，但学习习惯上，学生的课前预习、课堂上记笔记的习惯培养得很不理想，应该在课堂上充分发挥学生的想象与思考，敢于大胆思考，课堂上就把时间有在思考问题上。本学期要思考如何克服课前预习、课堂上记笔记的弊端，发挥其有利的一面，学生对思考规律的小结，及时复习、总结上的习惯，还需要加强，课堂上专心致至的听讲，想在老师和同学的前面，及时纠正作业和试卷中的错误的习惯还需要加强，表扬和鼓励阅读与数学有关的课外读物，引导学生自主拓展和加深自己的知识的广度与深度；在学习方法上，一题多解，多题一解，从不同的角度看问题，从对称的角度思考问题，用不同的方法检验答案，需要加强训练与培养。

三、教材分析：

本学期的教学内容共计五章：

第1 章：分式：了解分式的概念，会利用分式的基本性质进行约分和通分，会进行简单的分式加、减、乘、除的运算；能够依据具体问题的数量关系，列出简单的分式方程，体会方程是刻画现实世界的一个有效的数学模型；会解简单的可化为一元一次方程的分式方程（方程中的分式不超过两个）；

第2章：三角形：本章主要内容包括三角形相关概念和性质，命题与证明；利用平移、旋

转和轴反射得出三角形全等的判定方法；直角三角形的性质和判定直角三角形全等的判定方法及

勾股定理；三角形的作法。

第3章：实数：本章的主要内容包括平方根与立方根、算术平方根，在学习了平方根、立

方根概念后，引进了无理数，从而对数的认识从有理数扩大到实数，学习平面直角坐标系，使得平面上的点与有序实数对一一对应，为学习函数及通过直角坐标系研究几何问题提供了研究工具。本章包含了数形结合和分类讨论的思想方法。

第4章：一元一次不等式（组）: 本章主要内容是不等式的基本性质、一元一次不等式的解法和应用。一元一次不等式组的概念和解法。

第5章：二次根式：理解二次根式的概念，能够应用定义判断一个式子是否为二次根式；理解二次根式的性质；熟练掌握二次根式的运算；

四、本期教学任务：

本期的教学任务主要在知识与技能上：在现实情景中会求平方根、立方根及点的坐标，会

用科学计算器求一个数的立方根和一个非负数的算术平方根，能估计无理娄的大小，逐步养成数感、培养估算能力和合情推理能力，会进行简单的实数运算；在现实情境中理解函数概念及三种表示法，能用适当的方法描述某些具体问题中变量之间的关系，初步体会数学建模的方法：“问题情境——建立模型——解释应用——回顾拓展”，会用全等符号表示两个三角形的关系，发展符号感，经历操作活动探索全等三角形的性质及判定三角形全等的方法，并会用定理来解题；在教学中，选择生动活泼、贴近生活的实例，激发学生学习数学的兴趣，感受数学来源于实践，又应用于实践，提高学生审美情趣，体验数学的和谐与美感。

五、提高学科教育质量的主要措施：

1、认真做好教学六认真工作。把教学六认真做为提高成绩的主要方法，认真研读新课程标准，钻研新教材，根据新课程标准，扩充教材内容，认真上课，批改作业，认真辅导，认真制作测试试卷，也让学生学会认真学习。

2、兴趣是最好的老师，爱因斯坦如是说。激发学生的兴趣，给学生介绍数学家，数学史，介绍相应的数学趣题，给出数学课外思考题，激发学生的兴趣。

3、引导学生积极参与知识的构建，营造民主、和谐、平等、自主、探究、合作、交流、分享发现快乐的高效的学习课堂，让学生体会学习的快乐，享受学习。引导学生写小论文，写复习提纲，使知识来源于学生的构造。

4、引导学生积极归纳解题规律，引导学生一题多解，多解归一，培养学生透过现象看本质，提高学生举一反三的能力，这是提高学生素质的根本途径之一，培养学生的发散思维，让学生处于一种思如泉涌的状态。

5、运用新课程标准的理念指导教学，积极更新自己脑海中固有的教育理念，不同的教育理念将带来不同的教育效果。

6、培养学生良好的学习习惯，陶行知说：教育就是培养习惯，有助于学生稳步提高学习成绩，发展学生的非智力因素，弥补智力上的不足。

7、成立课外兴趣小组，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课外调查，操作实践，带动班级学生学

习数学，同时发展这一部分学生的特长。

8、分层教学，布置作业设置A、B、C三等分层布置，课堂上照顾好好、中、差在三类学生。

9、进行个别辅导，优生提升能力，扎实打牢基础知识，对差生，一些关键知识，辅导差生过关，为差生以后的发展铺平道路。
