大家早上好！又到了一年一度初三备战中考的时候，很荣幸和大家一起探讨今年的中考复习备考工作。中考临近，复习在即，相信大家都已做好了充分的准备。由于我是第一次代初三，所以对于中考复习也没有什么经验，只能谈谈自己的粗浅看法，不足之处，恳请大家批评指正，以便在今后的教学中加以改进和提高。

首先，我将本班学生的学习情况做如下分析：

我们学校初三有一个班，共有47人。学生主要来自附近两个学校和本校小学部，学生英语水平千差万别，两极分化严重，英语基础差。再加上由于是山区学校，课堂是学生唯一的学习机会，校外的英语学习机会几乎没有，学习困难不能及时化解，日渐积累成为很多学生无法逾越的“鸿沟”。

学生的突出问题主要表现在以下几个方面：

1.学习积极性很差，没有自信心，缺乏学习兴趣，在课堂上不积极参与，缺少主动发言的热情。

2. 没有良好的英语学习习惯。阅读能力差，对阅读题没有耐力去读，缺少综合解决问题的能力。

3. 对于在课堂或者作业中遇到的问题，只有极少数学生会来问老师，大多数学生都是不懂装懂。

4. 学生贪玩、个别学生手机上网成瘾、惰性强。

5. 对所学知识缺乏归纳、总结的能力。

中考临近，三年学习内容的复习对多数学生来说是一项极为困难的事

情，最为难办的就是要在短短的两三个月内完成任务。因此英语复习过程务必要有清晰的教学思路和明确的“战略”部署。针对以上问题，并借鉴往年经验，我对本班学生的中考复习采用三轮复习方法。 第一轮：加强基础知识的学习，树立学生学习信心，注重全面性。主要任务是对基础知识的巩固复习。在这个环节应该不急不躁，全面掌握教材，注重基础为核心。重点训练学生对重要单词和短语的运用，通过做一些典型题来考查学生对重点的掌握情况。但也不放过疑点和易错点，针对这些 “焦点”问题，多讲、重讲、多练就是我们的方法，自然对于中考的热点问题绝不轻易放掉。由于知识在该阶段相对容易，应该大量地让学生参与到学习活动中来，使他们常常产生“原来如此”的顿悟心理，树立起学习的自信心。

第二轮：专项训练，培养能力，注重活学活用。前一轮复习知识庞杂，好多内容容易混淆，存在相互干扰的情况。教师在此应当把知识进一步条理化、清晰化。方法就是分题型专项训练，在精讲多练的原则下，教给学生解题要领，分析清楚答案与题目之间的关系。在多种常用方法掌握的前提下，帮助学生正确选用解题方法，争取绝大多数学生都能胸中有数。避免知识都很“面熟”，解题却无从着手的现象。紧扣近年来的中考趋势及当前的社会热点问题，适当选用课外内容，加强课外阅读和写作练习。

第三轮：对考前指导与综合性训练复习。主要目的是适应中考要求，提高应试技巧。本轮侧重培养学生审题解题能力，同时要在教师指导下进行综合练习和模拟测试，知识考查和能力考查并重，从而使

复习达到良性的循环。因为有了前两轮的复习，学生对知识已经有了一定程度的掌握，所以要求教师全力投入到综合性的复习指导中。具体做法有三点：

1．根据今年中考考点和要求自编中考复习试题。对学生进行适应性的操练，提高学生的答题速度。

2.对以前学生易做错的题，再次以试题的形式出现，让学生再做和再练。

3.在后阶段对考生进行心理调节，以及在答题时应注意的细节。 总之，中考复习要想取得好的收效，一定要让学生最终具备扎实的基础知识、灵活多样的解题思路、足够的信心和恒心。教师必须以学生为主体，以教材为基础，以应用为目的，在归纳总结中因势利导、因材施教，强化学生的自主学习能力。同时，还应该加强应试技巧的训练，提高复习效果，争取学生在中考中正常发挥，甚至超常发挥，取得优异的成绩。

非常荣幸能坐在这里与大家一起研讨九年级中考英语复习，下面我仅就我校多年复习情况向大家做一汇报，不妥之处请批评指正。

滦南三中九年级英语备课组在学校各级部门的指导下，团结一致，坚持“以学生发展为本”的指导思想，关注每位学生，努力实现每个学生在原有基础上都能得到发展，保证合格率追求优秀率，为了表达我们的决心，共同详细制定了教学计划及帮教措施。事实上，老师们也确实在一步一步地、认真地，实现着自己的诺言。

一、集体备课实效化

集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。为此，我们非常注重集体备课，并能做到有计划、有目标、有实效。在集体备课中我们注意做到了“四个统一”：即统一教学目标要求、统一教学重点、统一双基训练、统一教学进度。具体的做法是：1，每一个知识点备一次，每次都针对这一知识点，先组织教师认真学习教材的《大纲》和《中考说明》，时刻了解中考动态，以确定这个阶段的重点难点，使教学中做到有的放矢，直击中考。2，集体备课有中心发言人，然后大家讨论补充，最后形成学教案。每次备课都有有教材分析、有教法研究、有质量分析、有教学反思等。3在集体备课中，我们注重在基础知识教到位的同时，抓好听、说、读、写综合能力的培养。4除了正式的备课时间外，我们还不分时间与地点，有问题随时随地讨论研究，并得到解决 ，有时是一个信息的传递，有时是一个知识点的落实，有时是一个考点的分析，有时是一点教学体会的交流。总之，集体备课不流于形式，更注重内容与实效.通过集体备课的研讨，实现了“以人为本、各尽其才、资源共享”的教育理念。全体备课组教师在交流中、切磋中、争论中不但提高了自身的业务水平，同时也在稳步提高着我校的英语成绩。

二、教学计划清晰化

不同阶段有不同的计划。本学期为进一步了解学生，并了解教学情况，我们不但制定了备课组的英语教学计划、珍珠班复习计划及每周的周计划；同时,对九年级的英语历次的考试情况又进行了详尽的分析。认真分析本教学班在校内及与其他学科比较所处的位置，制定了本教学班的英语教学计划；

三、 措施具体化:

全体老师都根据本科的计划,采取了具体的行动,尽最大的努力使工作细化,具体化。 如培优扶差的落实: 确立培优扶差的对象,进行课堂教学的小分层,作业的分层,课后的个别辅导,一个一个小目标的落实等,老师们可是费尽心机。

1、复习过程可概括为忆、清、析、练、判、评、记。

忆。通过师生、生生间相互提问，将过去学过的旧知识不断提取再现，回忆所学的主要内容。

清。引导学生对所学的知识进行梳理、总结、归纳，帮助学生理清知识线，分清解题思路，弄清各种解题方法之间的联系。

析。基础知识找优秀学生归纳总结。教师仅对单元中的重点内容和学生中的疑难作进一步的分析，帮助学生解决疑点，从而使学生较全面、准确地掌握教材内容，加深理解。

练。练，不仅仅局限于对有针对性、典型性题目的操练，更要重视提高学生运用知识解决实际问题的能力，发展学生的思维能力。

判。不管作业，还是试卷。做到发必判，判必评。力求全批全改。

评。让学生对复习的结果进行评价与反馈。每堂复习课应留出几分钟学生思考与反馈的时间，进行当堂检测，可采用学生自评、互评与教师评价相结合的方法，给予学生一种成功的体验或紧迫感，从而进行及时的反馈和调控，改进学习方法和教学方法。

记。学生自己及老师都要做简要的记录，做到心中有数。以便学生课下及时复习，教师及时督促检查。

2、强化阅读 , 写作的训练:

在回归基础的前提下, 对阅读与写作进行了强化训练。训练对策：阅读训练: 每天坚持读1-3段文章, 分题材, 每阶段重点练会一种题材, 让学生在训练中体验做题技巧, 总结不同题材的规律。

3、强化听力训练:

坚持每天一次听力训练，培养学生的听力水平。并及时与学生家长沟通，利用学生休息甚至吃饭的机会，放听英语小品，在家里为学生创造良好的英语氛围。

4、既重视培优又注意辅差，分层教学。

把学生整体分成三部分：优秀生、潜能生、学困生；把作业分成三个等级：A等、B等 C等；根据学生的实际情况，从学习成绩、品德、学生性格入手，本着“与智者同行，你能不同凡响，与高人为伍，你能登上顶峰”的原则，把优秀生集中在一组，做教师留的A等作业，老师利用自习课为他们答疑解惑，为顺利升入珍珠班奠定了良好基础 ；本着“和勤奋的人在一起，你就不会偷懒”的原则，把潜能生和学困生分到一组，形成一帮一的团队，分别做b等c等作业，既使潜能生有即将被人追上的危机感，又给予学困生力求上级的力量。从整体上创造了具有稳定环境的良好阵容，激发了学生学习的积极性，使不同程度的学生都有进步。

四、反馈分析及时化

反馈分析的目的是总结好的经验,并找出提升的空间。每次考试后,都要进行横向纵向比较,分析考试的得与失,每次都对各题型的得分失分的情况进行详尽的分析,明白教学的差距在哪,学生的薄弱环节在哪,从而找到提升的空间,达到整体

进步。

五、复习资料精准化

复习题同组教师一起商定，最后组长把关，不盲目做题，争取做了就有收获，有提高。每组题量化细化，每一套题都有梯度， 努力使A等同学吃的饱，B、C等同学吃的好，各得其所。效果显著。

六、方法指导灵活化

每次练习后，同备课组老师一起对各班各类层次的学生作业进行分析，找出共同的知识或技巧的疏漏，有针对性的对各题型进行做题技巧指导及得分策略指导。培养学生寻找规律与方法,提高解决问题的能力，让他们在观察比较、分析综合中有目的地思考、学习，通过方法与规律的掌握，使其能触类旁通。

七、步子小型化

为了调动全体学生学习的积极性，我们每周都引导学生给自己定本周的学习计划，周末有总结。定计划时注意引导做到低起点，小台阶，最大限度的切合自己的实际。以求让大部分学生都尝到成功的喜悦。使其在实现一个个小目标中，逐步提高成绩。

八、关系融洽化

力求做到同科教师、同班教师、师生及生生关系融洽化。使同科、同班教师、学生成绩同步上升。

我们一直在齐心协力地为提高学生的英语学习能力而努力，在以后的工作中，我们会不断总结经验，找出差距，努力做得更好。
