一、系统简介

该系统适用于安徽省普通高中学生学业水平考试报名工作。系统主要包括系统设置、数据导入、报名管理、电子摄像及数据报送五个模块。

二、系统具体功能说明 一）系统设置 1、数据库压缩

系统使用的数据库是access，由于access数据库的特殊性，在系统使用过程中access数据库是会越来越大的，所以提供此功能让用户来压缩系统数据库。如要使用的话，请在系统刚打开的时候使用，在系统

使用过程中，请不要使用此功能。直接点击数据

库压缩按钮接口即可，压缩成功后会提示你OK就完成了此功能的所有操作。 2、读卡器配置

如你使用的二代身份证读卡器是通过USB接口与电脑连接的话，只要保证USB端口前面框里打上勾

如你使用的二代身份证读卡器是通过COM端口与电脑连接的话，需要把USB端口前面框里的勾去掉般固定为3、数据清空

在第一次使用系统报名前可以使用此功能，一旦报名数据导入或报名数据采集后就要慎用此功能了。除非你数据已经导出并备份了，确定系统里面的数据用不到了可以进行清空。 二）数据导入 1、应届报名数据导入 （1） excel电子表格导入

要求：excel电子表格的第一行是列标题，具体包括八个字段：学业水平测试号、姓名、籍贯、身份证号、家庭住址、联系电话、中考成绩、班级。从第二行开始是具体的报名数据。学业水平测试号不能超过15位、身份证号不可超过18位、籍贯不可超过7位、家庭住址不可超过16位、联系电话不可超过12位，否则数据将不能导入。而且

（2） access数据库导入（注意access要求是从我们系统导出的库） 具体操作：打开程序点击数据导入、应届报名数据导入、然后在（图一）所示界面中，选择数据导入，选择数据库类型为access数据库。然后点击数据库位置按钮，选择你将导入的access数据库的位置，选择好后按开始导入即可开始导入数据，导入成功后系统会提示你导入完成。 （3） dbf数据库导入

dbf数据库字段要求：学业水平测试号（长度为15），姓名（长度为10），身份证号（长度为18），籍贯、家庭住址、联系电话、中考成绩、班级

具体操作：打开程序点击数据导入、应届报名数据导入、然后在（图一）所示界面中，选择数据导入，选择数据库类型为dbf数据库。然后点击数据库位置按钮，选择你将导入的dbf数据库的位置，选择好后按开始导入即可开始导入数据，导入成功后系统会提示你导入完成。

（4） 相片数据导入

具体操作：打开程序点击数据导入、应届报名数据导入、然后在（图一）所示界面中，选择照片导入。然后点击照片库位置按钮，选择你将导入的照片所在的文件夹的位置，选择好后按开始导入即可开始导入照片数据，导入成功后系统会提示你导入完成。 三）报名管理
