时光荏苒,转眼间,我站在三尺讲台上已经快一年了,一年来我始终怀着一腔热情,用自己的知识、智慧、人格引领我的学生们一同成长,并肩前行,学生因为有我的陪伴而快乐,我因为有学生的同行而幸福。在享受这些快乐与幸福的同时,我对教师这一职业有了更深刻的理解;爱是教育的魂,没有爱就没有教育。

作为班主任,我一向勤勤恳恳,任劳任怨,对学生的教育耐心细致,使班级形成了强大的凝聚力和向心力。在班级管理上要求自己做到关心学生、爱护学生、尊重学生、保护学生。以自己的热情、自己的参与、自己的坚定意志,来激发学生的热情和参与意识,同时我和同学们在相处中也发生了许多故事。

故事: 爱就是了解。

爱学生就要了解学生,包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况的深刻了解。这是做好班级管理工作、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。为了了解学生我经常和他们在一起,课间、中午经常深入班级,了解学生的学习情况和家庭情况以及学生的在校表现等等。通过与学生的交谈,我知道我班有许多单亲孩子和留守儿童,对于这样学生我平时总是多关心他们,让他们感受到有一种父爱的味道和集体的温暖。但有时做班主任工作也有疏忽的时候,前几天我班的张凌寒同学在数学课上搞小动作,被老师发现后说了两句,于是这个孩子就沉不住气了,与老师有了抵触情绪,当

我回到办公室了解到情况后,及时找到孩子了解原因,其实原因很简单:就是现在家里都一个孩子,而且还很娇惯,基本上不说也不打,由于老师说他两句就受不了。我知道后就极力的开导他,告诉他老师的好意,可他的性格太倔强,一时间很难转变过来,我就与他唠了几句家常话,我从侧面了解到他是个孤独的孩子,我挺纳闷的有父母的疼爱为何是孤独的呢?我就问了一句,最近你的家里有什么事吗?他告诉我说:爸爸和妈妈经常吵架,前阶段妈妈离开家搬出去住了,周末回到家里冷冷清清的,爸爸现在也不爱管我。我感觉到眼前的这个孩子太可怜了,本应享受母爱的时刻却变得孤单。于是在班级里我就经常问一问他课堂上表现多关心他,力争走进他的心灵,在我和老师的教育下,他终于转变了态度,上课能够认真听讲,学习上也比较刻苦努力。让我感受到老师职业的伟大,老师的一句话将改变孩子的一生命运。

Good morning , dear judges .My name is YangSen ,and I’m from ShiLinMiddle Shool,the name of my speech is << Enjoy yourself with full responsibility>> .It is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .

I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with English.After graduating from University, I started my job in teaching English. Then I realized the true of being an English teacher. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.

To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.

How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.

Over three years passed by, the first day of new semester was coming finally. As a new teacher of the school, I had something in common with my students, who were new faces. Sitting in the classroom, since both of us were nervous, I showed a smile to them. At last, they relaxed themselves, smile was passed on to next. Then all of them were smiling. At that time, I began to introduce myself to them. So interested in me, they all listened to me with full heart. Of course I had chance to know something about them. One of them even was so excited with red face when she knew she and I had the same birthday. When I made a joke on her about her red apple face, the classroom burst out of laugh. No matter how different they are, in my eyes, everyone of them is like a waiting flower----waiting for growth. From then on, I had been in good relationship with my students. How lovely and nice they are!

And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls in WangSheng. When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew,

sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!

Thirdly, to be a teacher we need to know what responsibility is. As everyone knows, the Chinese boy, Hong Zhanhui is one of the man who moves China. He began to rear his little sister since he was 13, the age at which we enjoy mother’arms. Without parents, he has to earn enough money for their life while he is studying at the same time. Everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. When somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. He replied briefly:” This is my responsibility! ” From his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. Is only what Hong Zhanhui done can be called responsibility? Of course no. Everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyone’s daily life especially we teachers’.

So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.

Just imagine the world without responsibility. Your students are the waiting flowers. Tomorrow, whatever they will be, it all depends on their hard working and the teachers’ love. Wonderful world, isn’t it? Responsibility is not a burden if you are willing to shoulder it. The teacher who loves his/her students will not only succeed but also get a happy life and enjoy themselves.

Because I love my students, then I enjoy myself with full responsibility.That is why I together with you,try our best to be an excellent English teacher today! Thank you very much for your attention!

爱是教育的起点

尊敬的各位领导、各位同仁们:

大家上午好!我演讲的题目是《爱是教育的起点》。

高尔基曾说过:“我们应该赞美母亲,整个世界都是她们用乳汁养育起来的……没有母亲,就没有诗人,也就没有了爱”。是的,母亲是伟大的,她们含辛茹苦地孕育生命,把人类最伟大的母爱献给下一代。然而,当一个十一岁的小女孩在她最爱做梦的年纪里失去了母爱,那又会怎样呢?

记得在一节语文课上,讲一篇关于母爱的课文时,忽然听见教室里传来断断续续的啜泣声。我寻声望去,只见小张欢低着头不停的在手抹着眼泪,可怜的孩子,她是触景生情想妈妈了!看到此景,我的脑海里马上浮现出她妈妈去世的那一幕:她的妈妈是我们学校一名优秀的班主任,她爱生如子,乐于助人。然而无情的肝病却夺走了她年仅34岁的生命。失去母爱的张欢,她活泼开朗的性格,一下子变得沉闷起来,但学习上她更加的认真,活动上更加积极。

今天,孩子由课文联想到自己的妈妈,她想妈妈了„„见此情景,我悄悄地走过去,轻轻地抱起她来,看着她的泪水如泉涌,一股心酸便涌上我的心头,我轻声地对她说:“哭吧,孩子,这几个月你是怎么熬的呢?周记本上一块块干了的泪痕,偶尔几天早上浮肿的双眼„„哎!真是难为你了,痛快地哭吧,孩子!”小张欢扑到我的怀里放声大哭起来,很多同学也跟着小声啜泣着。

几分钟后,孩子的心情渐渐平静下来,于是我一边抹去她脸上的泪水一边安慰她:“真是一个坚强的孩子,你的人生阅历就是你最宝贵的财富。人的一生不经历风雨又怎么能见彩虹呢?”孩子慢慢地不哭了。语文课虽然少上了十几分钟,但这活生生的事例,感动着在坐的每一个孩子。

第二天,小张欢周记的结尾是这样写的:“爱我的妈妈虽然离我而去,但老师的爱,依然呵护我成长;同学的爱,依然陪伴我飞翔。现在我就像一只羽翼即将丰盈的小鸟,该是自己面对一切的时候了,希望明天是一个艳阳天!”

谁爱孩子,孩子就爱谁。只有爱孩子的人才能教育孩子。这种爱是深厚的、稳固的,这种爱是圣洁的、高尚的,这种爱能超越一切……一切……

最后用一句话来结束我今天的演讲——幼苗是参天大树的起点,小溪是辽阔大海的起点,砖瓦是高楼大厦的起点,爱是人类教育的起点。让我们铭记并坚持这一真理吧!让爱成为一个无声的诺言!

“hello,miss LI!”作为老师的我能听孩子们这么说很是开心。望着孩子渴望的眼神,我心中的感动油然而生。每天我就被身边的一切感动动着,这里的人,这里的事,他们朴实、纯真,还有善良……

刚开始的时候,我感觉很吃力,小学生年龄小,自控力差,另外学生的情况也比较复杂,有分流过来的;有转学过来的;还有相当一部分来自农村,他们的习惯不一样,基础也有很大的差别,特别是上课的时候,我简直受不了,整个教室乱哄哄的,有说话的;有作小动作的……,我就使劲喊:“坐端正”,还没静到一分钟,整个教室又像市场一样,我上一节课就如同上了十节课,我是筋疲力尽,孩子呢,什么也没听懂,说实话,我很压抑,更是担心,像这样下去,教学成绩肯定是一塌糊涂。课下我就反思自己,肯定是自己的方法不当,学生是生面孔,我也是生面孔,我不了解学生,学生也不了解我,学生不喜欢我,那肯定就不喜欢我的课了,我想我应该走进学生的心里,要与学生交流,与学生沟通,我就利用课下专门找爱讲话的爱做小动作的学生,问他们几岁了,家在哪里,喜欢玩什么,并告诉他们,老师也爱玩,很想和他们在课间一起玩,但上课的时候必须好好听讲……,这一着还真灵,上课的时候这些孩子坐的很端正,可是新的

问题又出现了,我教他们读单词读句子时,有的捂着嘴,有的不敢张嘴,我被这一幕给逗乐了,我轻轻地走过去抚摸着孩子的头告诉他们:“咱们要对自己有信心,自信会让我们变得很帅、很美。”孩子们笑了……

日子久了,师生间的情感在升华,现在走在学校里,总能听到孩子甜美的英语问好声,我感动他们带给我的快乐和幸福。

偶然在一次下课的时候,我习惯性地走进一堆孩子的中间,问道“你们喜欢上英语课吗?”“喜欢!”孩子很肯定的告诉我。“英语很有意思。”同学们七嘴八舌地议论开。

记得有一天上四年级的课,我刚走上楼,孩子们就亲切地和我打起招呼来,其中一名平时很腼腆、害羞的孩子突然鼓起勇气,走到我面前,“hello……”话到嘴边似乎想了很久极力记住的话语又咽了回去,过了半晌,感觉突然想起什么似的,很欣喜地从嘴里冒出一句“I’m Miss Xie.”。同学们立刻笑起来,都忙着帮她纠正起来,孩子好象很不好意思的样子,我很开心地摸摸这个孩子的头一边给孩子纠正,一边当着大家的面表扬了她的勇气,孩子热烈的掌声触动了她的心灵,她抬起头,开心地笑了。

我打量了一下周围,很是融洽,于是准备上课了,这时坐在前排的一个孩子突然举起他的小手,经过我的允许后,

站起来,眼睛扑闪扑闪地说,“老师,我们很喜欢英语”,“那你喜欢老师吗?”“嗯。”孩子们都开心地笑了。虽然只是几句话,几分钟的事情,可是这比上一堂精彩的课给孩子的影响更深。也足以说明了我们的孩子是能学好英语的。兴趣和自信是他们学好英语最好的老师。

因此,老师不仅要在课堂上乃至课外都要随时随地向孩子灌输思想,不断鼓励孩子,树立他们的信心,尤其是这些农村的孩子。同时,在教学中老师的声音、语言的抑扬顿挫、表情和动作都会对孩子产生影响。教师也要不断学习,提高自身的综合素质水平,正所谓 “Never too old to learn!(活到老,学到老)”这也给我上了一堂课。

课程改革给课堂教育带来了很大的变化。我们不得不承认其在当今教育中起到的重要作用。教师的教学理念,教学方法都大有改进。多媒体的引进也给课堂带来了新的生机,不但便利和丰富了教学,活跃了气氛,且提高了课堂效率。在我们小学英语课堂里,你也可以体会到很多学生的英语素质都得到了很大的提高。可不知道大家注意到了没有?教学改革,新课程的开发也造成了小学英语课堂极大的两极分化现象。这着实让我思考了很久,也让我在教学中不断地进行反思。结果我发现,我们是不是没有完全领悟新课标的精髓。

新课标要求我们:要面向全体学生,一切要为了学生的发展。新课标还提出:教师要善于结合实际教学需要,灵活地和有创造性地使用教材,对教材的内容、编排顺序、教学方法等方面进行适当的取舍,补充或调整。我知道老师们在英语教学中都在努力去达到新课标的要求。可是,结果呢?教材的开发和教学的改革造就了一批优秀的学生,却让两极分化现象愈演愈烈。我认为教师们忽视了一点就是:语言教学要归其本真。要遵循语言发展的规律,不能舍去所有的传统的教育方法。在这里我要强调的是:重视课堂上的朗读教学。(尤其是领读。而不能完全用听录音来代替教师的领读。)不知你们发现了没有?学困生的最大特征就是:根本就不会读。你叫一个完全不会读课文的学生怎么去听懂,交流或做题呀?你老是给他们补语法,背单词我认为是无济于事的。关键是要让学生学会读课文,认真背诵课文,有了一定的语言基础和知识的积累方能融会贯通地与人进行交流和沟通。朗读是英语学习的传统方法,也应成为现代英语学习的一个关键环节。但是,如今朗读却成了课堂被人遗忘的角落。 下面,我就谈谈小学英语课堂教学中教师加强朗读教学的重要性。

一、朗读可以培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

“兴趣是最好的老师。”初学英语的人要想学好英语必须先动口模仿,朗读所学的句型,课文、名言名句、优秀的英文小

诗和短文等,无疑都是模仿的一种好方式。通过朗读可以训练正确的语音和语调,培养口头上运用语言的能力。有了这种能力,就为大胆地说英语奠定了基础。从一句到两句、从少到多地开口说使自己产生了学会的信心,从而越学越想学,越学兴趣越浓。

二、朗读能够帮助学生记忆词汇。

孤立的单词不容易记,而语句、文章是有情节的,词放在句子里,联系上下更便于识记。实践证明,英语表达能力强的学生都善于朗读,通过朗读记忆词汇、积累词汇并丰富词汇。三、朗读也是提高学生口语能力的重要手段。

学生把书面文字还原成口语,把语言知识转化为使用技能,说写起来就可以运用自如。如学习了“Asking the way”一课,学生就能在熟练朗读和背诵课文的基础上,把文中的语言进行重组扩充,进行实际操练。 如:

A: Good morning,Li Ping.

B: Good morning,Liu Hong.

A: Can you tell me the way to Shekou Fenhua Grand Theatre? B: Sure,Out of our school,go down LIyuan Road, you can see Sihai Park on your left,at the crossing, you can see Shekou Fenhua Grand Theatre in front of you ,then cross the crossing,you can’t miss it.

Perseverance and my teaching career

China has boundless land .rich culture and long history,but the greatest wealth we have are our virtues.Let`s review the past of China,The 5000-year history is a history full of natural disasters and wars.Facing these difficulties and disasaters,the Chinese people have shown unimaginable perseverance.perseverance is considered as a good virtue by Chinese people.

Zhang Haidi is a good example. When she`s very young.She was forced to accept the fact that she would never be the same as the other girls again-she was disabled.She felt really painful at first.But later,she gradually took to writing,which saved her and helped her through days and nights.At last ,she finished a nover life in the wheelchair,which has won her the great honor.When she is in her forties .she was diagonsed with cancer.But she still feels the greatness of being alive and try to help others with her love .She once said,“My way ahead may not be to long .But what does life mean?I means being helpful to others and confident of your own value”.

From Haidi`s story,we can see Chinese people`s good virtue-perseverance.Now ,about my teaching career.In a twinkle of an eye, six years has passed since I became an English teacher. Looking back, I have experienced pleasure, success as well as confusion and sadness. But I think there is much to be grateful for. During the first two years , I had a hard time in my teaching career. many students in the common classes are quite different from my former students. They didn't study hard at all. It is a common sight for

them not to do homework. They didn't care about their school marks. What is more, they showed deaf ears to your advice for their mistakes or faults. When I wanted to point out their mistakes, I should weigh my words over and over not to hurt their feelings. I felt as if I lost my way in the sea. I even had such an idea: To give up the job as an English teacher.

But now,As a Chinese people. I remembered the Chinese people`s good virtue persiverance,I remembered the haidi`s story .then I began to think and reflect myself in my teaching. As a teacher, first we should love the students like our own children.I told my students: facing English we should show persiverance again and I told the Hai di`s story to them. I try to stand in the students' position, understand them, help them and at the same time improve our teaching skills and method. Now more and more of my students study English very hard and I feel happy to be an English teacher, too. Today I'd like to share a sentence with all of you. If there were no cloud, would the sky feel lonely? If there were no sky, where should the cloud wander?

Before finishing my speech, I`d like to say: to be an English teacher is the best choice in my life. I enjoy my job,and I love my life.

A crow and a fox

A crow had a piece of meat ,He hold it in his mouth standing on the tree.

A passing-by fox saw it with spittle flowing.“I want to get that meat.”she spoke to herself.

So she walked to the tree and spoke to crow:“Mr crow,your feather is so beautiful!”

The crow didn`t pay attention to her ,and the fox continued to say:“If you can sing a song,that is much more wonderful!”

The Girl in the Pagoda

A beautiful girl lived in Luoyang.There was a very tall pagoda in the city.One day ,it was very hot.The girl sat under a big tree.

Suddenly a big wind came and took her into the sky. The girl`s family was very sad.

When the girl opened her eyes,she was at the top of the pagoda.A young man was in front of her.

“Will you marry me ?”asked the young man.“No,I won`t,”said the girl.“I want to go home.”

The young man was angry.“Then you will stay in this pagoda,”he said.

Every day the young man visited the girl.But the girl still didn`t want to marry the young man.

One day,the window of the pagoda was open.The girl looked out.The young man was now a monster!The girl was very frightened.

Later ,the girl saw a kind man below the pagoda.

“Help!Help!”she said.The man didn`t hear her.So the girl threw her clothes out of the window.The man saw the

clothes.Then he looked up and saw the girl at the top of the pagoda.He ran for help.

The next day everyone went to the pagoda to help the girl.When the girl`s brother saw the monster,he hit it.The monster flew away in the sky.

Then they saved the girl.“I missed you so much,”said the girl to her brother.Everyone in the village sang and danced for many days.

以学生需求为基点,构建愉悦课堂氛围

尊敬的各位领导、各位同仁你们好!

我叫袁艳波,本学期担任四年级信息技术教学工作。我演讲的主题是《以学生需求为基点,构建愉悦课堂氛围》。

信息技术课堂管理一直是信息技术教师比较头疼的问题,信息技术课不同于在教室中的上课模式,学生在信息技术课堂上脱离了传统的课堂环境,行为方式有很大变化。在教室上课,学生由于已有固定的习惯,加上班主任的严格管理,只要任课教师用心,学生是不敢冒然犯次的。但在信息技术课堂中,由于课堂的环境变化,电脑显示器阻隔了教师与学生的视线,小学生好奇的心理特点,都使得信息技术课堂较难管理。但是,在另一方面,在对待学生的教学态度却是与其他科目有相似的地方,以下是我教学中的一个片段:

这是这个学期发生的事情, 四年级信息技术word的教学中有一节课是用 word 输入中文的练习,对四年级这个阶段的孩子来说,因为有了三年级练习打字的基础,因此课并不难教。为了激发学生的兴趣,我让他们输入一篇自己喜欢的作文,学生就像预期的那样很快地投入到打字练习中去,那天上课的班级也是如此。但是在上课 15 分钟后, 一位同学嚷嚷起来:“老师,他把我打的所有字给删掉了!,我走”过去一看,原来是同桌的同学弄了他的电脑,操作已经恢复不了了,我看着这位捣蛋同桌,发现他一个字都没打,而且嘻皮笑脸的,一副满不在乎的样子,我的脾气慢慢上来了。这学生平时上课纪律就让我恼火,一些学生甚至开始模仿他的不良行为。这一发现, 让我有了杀鸡敬猴的想法,也想利用这个机会挫一挫他,树立教师的尊严。就在我想好好教育这名学生的时候,一名学生跟我打报告: “老师,他就是这样,什么都学不好,平时的语文考试也一塌糊涂!” “嗯”愣了一会,我没想到是这种情况,语文考试没考好,是不是也代表他对拼音的输入有困难?离小学学习很久了,我忽略了小学语文的学习正是在打基础,如果语文没学好,拼音基础就会薄弱。这件事情我一开始以为是这名学生不听教导,故意与老师为难,如果这位学生的说法是真的,那么很可能是因为拼音不熟悉的原因而导致不愿练习打字。古代兵书有云:罚要服众,如果我蛮横地罚这位学生,也会让另一些语文基础也较差的学生心中觉得委屈,认为老师教育粗暴,长久下去,学生的心便离老师的更远。更何况,我想了想,这位学生也不是一无是处,今天的穿戴整整齐齐的。我用商量的口吻问那捣蛋的同

学:“如果你不喜欢作文打字,那么练习金山打字通的拼音练习可以吗?里面有相关的拼音提示,另外还可以帮助你回忆正确的键盘指法。”这位小朋友也愣了一下,显然没想到我居然没有批评他,他红了红脸,点头答应了。接下来虽然他打字的速度依然很慢,但是没在闹同学了,而且练习打字的态度是非常认真的,于是课后,我单独找他谈谈了,表扬一番, 这位同学很高兴。

于是我课后反思了一下:当学生不愿意按照教师预设的方向做时,我们老师首先应该要关注原因。这件事情中通过了解,学生并不是故意与教师“唱反调”,而是另有原因,或许是因为自尊心的关系,所以做出反常的事情,如果我当时勃然大怒,不但解决不了问题,还让这位学生对我 的要求更叛逆。因此,在教学中教师要抛开成见,找出学生的闪光点。遇到学生纪律出状况时,要抽丝剥茧,找出原因,对症下药。

2012年8月我们来到了这所教学环境一流,令人心旷神怡的校园,从事六年级英语教学工作.几个月的教学实践使我深深地懂得:做一个出色的英语老师确实很难!

记得我上第一节课时就碰了钉子。因为我面对的是许多陌生的学生面孔,对学生的基础一点也不了解,我按照自己的教学思路,设计了一堂自认为简单易懂而又不死板的课.但是课上同学们根本不张口读英语,死气沉沉,不知道和我互动,一节课下来我很郁闷,才知道这样上课很不如愿,不如人意。后来,听同学们说我讲的口语同学们都听不大懂,而教学方式同学们也不习惯。由此可知,我在上课前根本不了解学生的实际情况.一方面,我们这边的学生英语听、说能力相对较弱,授课采用英语教学,学生们还不能适应;另一方面,我只注重了教,没有考虑到如何根据学生的实际水平去调动学生的积极性,我备课时没有注意到这点,因此教学效果不理想。教学中,备课是一个必不可少而又十分重要的环节.备课既要备学生又要备教法,备课不充分或者备得不全面,会严重影响课堂的教学效果。曾有一位前辈对我说:“备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。”因此我在

上课前总是花大量的时间认认真真钻研教材和教法,准备好教具,不满意就不收工;课上尽量放低讲课速度,把一节课的东西分成两节课来解决,遇到前面的知识点再重新补习,就这样一步一个脚印的走着,虽然辛苦,但期中考试的成绩告诉我这样是值得的。

作为一名小学英语教师虽然辛苦,但是我觉得我很快乐。我善于在这种平凡的工作中寻找乐趣.例如我在教星期和月份名称时,这些单词既长又难读,学生学起来实在是困难,于是,我编了一些英汉chant来帮助学生记忆。同学们高效率地接受了这些chant.在这样的课堂教学中,我深切感受到了同学们学英语的兴趣,同时我也体会到了教英语的快乐。
