i think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child。 we'd go fishing， walks， and other fun things for a kid。

like many other fathers， my dad and i also has generation gap。 he is not good at or even can’t work the puter。 so when i sitting at the puter desk，he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’， ‘don’t waste time on the puter games’ ， ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on。 how can i- a puter fan – reduce time on puter? so i continue studying and playing on it

[篇三:初中英语新课标培训心得体会]

2012年9月15号，我参加了榆阳区初中英语新课标和教材的培训，通过三个小时的培训，我对新课改有了一定的认识。新课程改革对于我们每一个老师都是一种挑战，也是一次难得的机会。通过这次培训我认为要想有效的实施英语课堂课程资源的开发，可以从以下几个方面来考虑。

一、明确目标。我们以往的英语教学中把“掌握语言基本知识和基本技能”放在教学目的首位。而新制定的课程标准要求把“激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的习惯和形成有效的学习英语策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神”放在首位。同时，提倡教学中要以“口语交际”为主，培养学生的口语能力，使每一个学生都能开口说英语，达到学以致用的目的和增强学生的实践能力。

二、改变英语教学方法。过去的在英语教学中总是老师讲，学生记。教师是课堂的主角，学生是听众，学生自由练习很少，口语、听力非常差。现在我们要转变这种模式，在课堂上以学生为主体，把主动权还给学生。那么怎样才能使学生在课堂中处于主体地位，提高学习效率呢?可以从以下四方面入手:

1、在教学中应把时间和空间多留给学生。合作学习前给学生独立思考的时间。没有独立思考就进行合作学习，合作学习将流于形式，质量不高。有准备的讨论交流，才可能是高质量的交流。提出一个探究性的问题，给学生思维空间。给学生自主学习的时间和空间。在课堂教学中，时间是最重要的学习资源。一个教师对时间如何分配，直接反映这个教师的教学观。探究的问题性、实践性、参与性和开放性决定了探究学习必须有充分的自主学习时间，否则就是一句空话。

2、精心设计教学环节，激发学生学习的主动性。学生学习的主动性主要在于老师的调动。在学生消除心理障碍后，就需要老师精心设计教学的各个教学环节，设计模仿、会话、口、笔头操练、提问，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，激活学生的思维，激起学生的情感，使学生全身心地投入到英语教学活动中。虽然我们的教学条件有限，但我们可以根据实际运用实物、自制教具来使课堂形象生动。

3、充分利用学生的差异。在以往的课堂上，教师对学生的要求是整齐划一，束缚了学生创新潜能的发挥。教师要重视尊重学生的个性，满足学生的不同需求。因此，我们不能用一个模式去塑造和评价学生。不能用一个水平衡量学生，那是不现实的，也是不可能的。要尊重学生的不同理解和认识，让课堂成为学生发挥个性的天地，成为自我赏识的乐园。

4、创造性运用教材。新课程倡导教师“用教材教”，而不是简单地“教教材”。教材只是书面的东西，而且所载的信息是有限的。传统的教学与新课程教学有很大的区别，以往的教学只是要求讲解知识点，而现在的新课程强调要引导学生学会观察，学会思考，学会如何学习的能力。教师与学生的位置也发生了变化，从教师中心转向学生中心；学生的学习方式发生了变化，从独立学习转向了合作学习；学生的学习态度发生了变化，从接受学习转向探究式学习。5、要让课堂“活”起来，学生“动”起来。

怎样能使学生动起来:

(1)激发学生在课前准备阶段动起来。这就要求我们老师在备课的时候，要认真地钻研教材，研究学生，设计教法。我们在备课时，不仅仅局限于我们老师自己备，同时也可要求学生参与。

(2)引导学生在导入新课阶段动起来。是否成功地导入新课直接关系到这堂课的顺利进行。我通常都是都是通过值日报告来导入，一方面锻炼学生的口语，一方面训练其他学生的听力。这种方法有一定的效果，但每天如此会引起学生的厌倦情绪。如果教师能增加一些新花样，变换一下方式的话，学生的注意力一定会保持集中。如可以小竞赛、讲故事、做游戏等等。

(3)鼓励学生在练习中动起来。让学生在生动、形象、直观的情景下轻松、愉快地掌握所学的知识。新课程改革强调能力，但更应注重基础。处于基础教育阶段的初中英语教育，可谓是英语学习基础的基础。初中英语基本上是大部分地区英语教育的启蒙教育，其目的应是学习一些基本知识和培养一些基本技能，为学生进一步学习打下较好的基础，而不应是重在培养学生的实际运用能力。

教师以学生的英语学习为中心，扎实抓好课堂教学，让学习落到实处。以“学生为中心”，把学习的主动权交给学生。但是初中学生连英语的皮毛都尚未弄懂且情绪极易波动，他们不是很明白教学的重难点，所以我个人觉得课堂的主动权还是应该属于老师的，老师来安排和调节课堂教学活动，监控教学过程。

以上几方面就是我对这次新课程培训的心得体会。

首先感谢美国欣欣教育基金会和一切为中国农村教育发展付出辛勤工作的人们。感激邵老先生9月8日来我校回访和我们普通教师座谈。单单他的年纪就让我感动，更有他眼中自然流露出的对农村孩子无限的关心，言谈中字字句句表达的对祖国农村教育的殷切期望，让我时刻铭记自己肩负的责任和义务。由衷的感谢你们，代表我的学生和我自己。走近你们，感受温暖；走近你们，净化心灵；走近你们，学无止境……

我是吉林省吉林市船营区越北镇欣欣小学的英语教师马艳茹。xx年5月—7月，我参加了湖南常德的欣欣英语培训，成为了欣欣3班的学员。经过两个月的努力学习，各科成绩优秀，获得了优秀学员的荣誉。至今想起仍然宛如昨天，心潮澎湃。谈到学习心得更是有说不尽的话:

一、感受温暖

欣欣教育基金会对我们学校的资助让我心存感激。我个人得到资助参加欣欣英语培训，欣喜之余更是感受到被关心的温暖。要知道我是非英语专业的农村英语教师，之前没参加过有关英语方面的任何培训，几年来进行英语教学犹如闭门造车。随着城市英语教育教学的积极开展，城乡英语教育教学差异急剧加大。意识到了这一点，心情无比压抑。欣欣英语培训对我而言无疑就是雪中送炭。在培训典礼上，得知是一些退休的古稀老人拿出自己的工资资助我们学习，更使我震撼，一股暖流涌入我的心田。一种说不出的感动。自那时起这种感动便融入到我的血液里，一直激励 着我积极奋进。

二、净化心灵

参加培训之前的我怎么样呢?现在回想一下我都很不理解当时的自己。简单的说，工作中就是心焦气躁。自己教不好英语就抱怨学校的办学条件差，英语课上对不认真学习的学生极其严厉，对自己英语口语苦练却没进展相当烦恼，总想放弃……总之，自学英语和教英语都开始让我感到厌烦。偶尔听一节市里英语公开课更是让我垂头丧气，情绪低落地回到学校。心里想的，嘴里说的都是不想教英语。借口就是“我不是英语专业，教不好英语。”我也很努力地备课，讲课。但是一节课下来我和学生都很累。我总是牢骚满腹。

回首两个月的英语培训，我收获最大的就是学会反思自己的缺点，也找到了前进的动力。来自欣欣基金会的志愿者求真务实的精神，让我明确我人生追求的目标。清楚的记得年长的李先生不辞辛苦地陪我们一道上课学习，费心地为我们提供英语口语学习资料，即使是瓢泼大雨也不能阻止他准时来到我们的晚课亲自教我们英语口语。年青的victor想办法教我们英语教学中用得到的游戏，晚课教我们口语，休息日到宿舍和学员们闲谈，使我们了解到一些美国小学教育的方式方法，也感受到了这个从小接受美国教育的年轻的美籍华人高尚的思想情操。victor来到欣欣3班，当晚就到我们晚课上辅导我们英语口语，晚课结束时脸上和胳膊上被蚊子多处咬伤，第二天严重发炎，很长时间才痊愈。为了帮我们他克服了很多困难。更不用说杨先生和李先生的儿子，以及欣欣4班那位年长的女士对我们大家的帮助无不尽心尽力的。还有我们在培训期间收到的来自美国的英语图书，培训结束时获得的成套的英语碟片(我带回到学校用于教学)。一桩桩，一件件无不触及我心灵深处，刻骨铭心。两年多以来我一直在努力完善自我，带着轻松愉快的心情走进英语课堂，从事我所热爱的英语教学工作。

三、学无止境

那两个月的培训，把我前几年零散学来的英语知识较系统地整理复习了一遍，听、说、读、写各项基本功都迈上了一个新台阶。通过小学英语教法课的学习，英语游戏教学的演示，常德小学的优质课观摩及研讨，备课、说课、教课的实际操练等等，获得了大量好的教学经验和最新的教育理念，我的英语口语也有了很大的提高。说到学习上的收获不能不提及一件事，不是炫耀，是收获的幸福。xx年我参加了我们区组织的全体小学英语教师培训，培训时间是一年，寒暑假各集中培训半个月。然后每月接受一项公开考核。100多人，专业的和非专业的差不多各占一半，所以分成两个班(英语专业班和非英语专业班)，我在非英语专业班。培训的科目和欣欣英语培训大同小异，有了欣欣英语培训的学习经验和成绩，我更有信心学好也更用心学习。一年下来各项考核成绩优秀，在50多位英语专业的学员中处于前20名之内，成为了优秀学员。因为口语演讲和说课成绩突出，在培训总结汇报会上我被选中为全体英语教师说课。说课材料是我自己写的，脱稿讲的，幻灯片是我自己用电脑powerpointxx制作的(完全是在欣欣英语培训中学来的)。当然我的英语课堂教学也有了惊人的变化，每节课教学目标明确，教学环节清晰，教学效果好，学生真正成为教学中的主体，我教得轻松自然，学生学得开心愉快。我的课受到学生的欢迎，得到了领导同事的好评。我从中获得了自信，更加努力的学习英语，钻研英语教育教学。杨先生的教导牢记我心“学习是一辈子的事”。我明白了只有不断地学习才会有不断地进步。

总之，欣欣英语培训，不仅提高了我的英语知识水平和教学能力，更让我体验到了求真务实的幸福和快乐。我更坚定了扎根农村教育的信念，甘愿付出汗水和心血，做出自己的一份贡献。不辜负欣欣教育基金会亲人们的祈盼:十年树木，百年树人，众志成城，欣欣向荣。

这次培训给我们小学英语教师提供了一次相当不错的学习机会。通过这次学习，我觉得在教育教学方面收获很多。有很多值得我学习借鉴的东西。下面谈一谈我听课的感受:

在听完如何上好一节英语课的讲座中，我明白教与学这个双边关系中，教师要培养学生的学习兴趣和良好学习习惯。古人云:“温故而知新”。这就要求我们每一位教师要把“短时高频率”作为教学的一个注意事项。英语教师要合理利用有限的时间帮助学生预习新知和巩固复习，不断提高课堂教学的有效性。

我们不仅要加强提升自身的专业素养，提升个人魅力。还要不断反思，要想从工作中不断提高自己的教学水平就少不了这个环节；不断的反思、改进。教师职业没有最好，只有更好。在不断的反思与积累中获得属于自己的经验与方法，并且能将这种方法深化为一种理论，这便是做一名教师的最高境界了。

此次培训，更新了我的新课程教学理念，提高了我驾驭英语课堂的能力，为我的英语新课堂教学打开新天地。在今后的工作中，我都会铭记这段培训的日子，在英语课堂教学中乘风破浪，扬帆远航。

健康是1，其余的一切都是0。形象的说1是放在第一位，1后面0越多，值也就越大，但只要没了1，一切就又回归为0。的确，健康是一切的前提。国家级心理咨询师童刚老师在这次骨干教师培训的第一堂课上给我启发最大的就是:做个生理、心理健康的教师，培养出生理、心理健康的学生。童老师就心理健康的剖析，以及对教师所存在心理问题的揭示和调节方法的指导，使我不禁开始审视自己，在童老师调查总结的教师存在的心理问题:狭隘、自卑、孤僻、妒忌、人际敏感、强迫症中，我认为我就存在几个问题，比如狭隘，人际敏感，强迫症状。我想这也提醒我需要不断拓宽自己的视野，不做教死书的教条主义者，要做个联系生活实际的灵活的实用型教导者。同时要不断调节自己的心态，愉快的工作生活。不做生活中的“怨妇”，更不做工作中的“怨师”。同时爱学生，尊重学生，容忍理解学生成长性的错误，不但关注他们的成绩，还要关注他们的心理健康问题。让孩子健康愉快的学习成长。

二、把每个学生当成未来媳妇或者女婿一样来培养

博学幽默的李大圣院长是我在本次学习中印象最深的老师。听了她的课我觉得就是一次心灵的洗礼。李院长用非常精辟的四个成语来指导我们今后教学工作努力的方向和目标:即读万卷书，行万里路，阅人无数和名师指路。首先读万卷书就是说教师要不断的学习，才能做到给人一滴水，自己就要先拥有一桶水的道理。行万路和阅人无数正警醒着我们做为培育祖国未来的教师要把教学与生活紧密现实联系起来，读书不等于读书本，教书不等于教书本，我们要全面地培育学生，用李院长的话说就是每个把学生都当成自己未来的媳妇或者女婿一样来要求和培养，这需要很大的智慧和付出。最后是名师指路，李院长告诉我们教师不仅要教会学，还要学会教，更要教会教。这就是教师——知识的传递者的真谛。作为学生未来道路的指引者，我们必须做到这三点。同时也告戒我们要虚心向他人学习，借鉴好的教学方法，做个优秀的指引者。视野决定事业 ，态度决定高度。多么深刻的字眼啊!我们因该把他作为以后工作的座右铭，朝着李院长的:踏遍万水千山，阅尽爱恨情愁，惯看秋月春风，做个孩子心中博学的有人情味的超凡洒脱快乐的人民教师而奋斗!

三、让教育成为学生幸福的一种感觉

“让教育成为学生幸福的一种感觉”，这是重庆沙区优秀的董小宇老师和长江师范学院的王道福教授都强调过的一句话。如何让学生拥有这样的感觉?董老师和王教授分别从教育评价、学法指导和教师专业发展这些方面进行了解答。告诉我们对孩子要有爱心，在学生困惑时要起到激励、唤醒和鼓舞的作用。明白思想比行为更为重要；目标比勤奋更有效的内涵，不断地提高自己的专业素养，在这个快速发展的时代，知识也有保质期。所以，学习、培训，对于一个教师来说，是很有必要的，也是很有价值的，我们要牢记“机遇是给有准备的人的”这句话。做个让教育成为学生幸福的一种感觉的、强势的、受人尊重的老师。

四、追求有机整合、简约高效、自然本真的英语教学

“追求有机整合、简约高效、自然本真的英语教学”，这是本次英语骨干教师培训中小学英语特级教师游咏老师和市级骨干教师陈爱新老师给我们传达的新课改下小学英语英语新的教学策略。他要求我们要追求简明的教学目标，简化的教学内容；俭省的教学环节，简易的教学方法；简便的教学媒体，简练的教学语言，多采用多彩的活动途径，倡导体验与参与，引导学生活学活用。这给了我很大的启发，期间观摩的几堂优质课非常的实用，对我以后的教学具体实施有了明确指引和帮助。

同时，我们英语培训班的班主任赵老师通过这些天的接触与交流，也给了我很大的帮助。赵老师是一位很负责任的好老师，她不畏酷暑，每天坚持陪伴我们，课余时间还指导我们写英语论文，激励我们要努力工作，要对得起学生和家长，并用自己亲身经历鼓励我们要满怀希望的工作，付出会有回报的。这让我倍受鼓舞，我想我因该向赵老师学习，向这次培训的老师们说的那样做，不愧为“英语骨干教师”这个称号。

总之，通过这九天的培训，让我能以更宽阔的视野去看待我们的教育工作，让我学到了更多提高自身素质和教育教学水平的方法和捷径。另外，在参加工作7年后，自己又当了一回学生，感到当好学生真的挺不容易，无论听课还是听讲座，要认真地对待每个问题，详细地记录笔记，反思自己的教育方式，思考改进自己的教育理念和方法，大脑要不停地运转。将心比心，相信自己的学生也是要如此高密度地思考、被提问、练习、测试，学习压力真的很重，况且他们还是个孩子。我在思考:如何让学生学有所乐，乐有所获?如何真正提高课堂实效，把问题解决在课堂，尽量少留机械作业，多点时间让他们自主选择课余生活，将是刻不容缓的。尊重学生的发展，研究学生的心理，他们需要什么给予他们什么，做一个真正有心的教师，这是真正热爱学生的一个实际行动。我相信，只有终身学习，才是教师成长的必由之路，才是为人师的根本。希望能够多参加各方面的培训和学习，为自己的人生发展添砖加瓦，为学生的人生发展锦上添花。
