thank you very much for choosing to e in such a cold night。today my topic is about choice and process。a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day。with so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life。 in my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice。 there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference。

a lady called lucy emigrated to united states several years ago。her spoken english is not that fluent 。and one day，she is just sitting on the couch with his u。s friends mandy watching sit-。a noise of bump had the attention of mandy，which led her to go out of the house trying to figure out what had happened。can you imagine that mandy go straight out with merely a sweater。so lucy shouted at her，"lucy ，turn your clothes on。" what suprised her most，beyond her wildest imagination， is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the window。admittedly，lucy made a mistake here 。the word spitted means mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the window。the right sentence shall be，"put your clothing on。"the story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture。

when i was little， i did everything with my dad。 you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him。 every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character。

like many other fathers， my dad and i also has generation gap。 he is not good at or even can’t work the puter。 so when i sitting at the puter desk，he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’， ‘don’t waste time on the puter games’ ， ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on。 how can i- a puter fan – reduce time on puter? so i continue studying and playing on it

尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的老师们:

大家下午好!我演讲的题目是<平凡而伟大、奉献而快乐> 有人说“快乐的时间过得特别快”，是啊，在辅幼这块乐土上我快乐地成长着，转眼已有近2个年头了幼儿园是一块乐土，你播种了爱，收获的不仅是爱，更多的是快乐是感动。其实幼儿园的老师很普通，没有骄人的业绩;其实幼儿园的老师很平凡，没有显耀的事迹，但我很庆幸我有幸成为县幼儿园的一员，和在座的教师们一起平凡而伟大着、奉献而快乐着、成熟而年轻着。和她们一起把全身心的爱播洒在每一位幼儿的心田，让孩子们在爱的沃土里茁壮的成长。印度大诗人泰戈尔说过的:“花的事业是甜蜜的，果的事业是珍贵的，让我干叶的事业吧，因为叶总是谦逊地垂着她的绿荫的。”我园的老师就是那一片片绿叶，默默地垂着浓荫，把自己浓烈的爱献给了为之自豪的幼教事业。

最让我感动的是刚开学的日子，迎来的是一个个焦虑不安的家长和一张张泪流满面的小脸，园长、老师、左手抱一个，右手搂一个;哄笑这个，逗乐那个，脸上分不清是孩子的泪水还是汗水，渴了也顾不上喝口水，她们是有八只手的章鱼，是有三只眼的神仙，是有无穷法力的魔法师，瞧，不出三天，老师们已经能叫上所有宝宝的名字;小不点们一个跟着一个洗手、上楼梯，秩序井然;吃饭、睡觉甚至穿脱衣服自己动手，让担心不已的爷爷奶奶惊讶不已。头晕耳鸣、嗓子沙哑、浑身酸痛又算得了什么，一声稚嫩的“老师，再见!”家长送来的一个微笑是最好的药方。

幼儿教师就是一大群孩子的“保姆”，给他们喂药、穿衣，教他们排队、做操，照顾他们吃饭、睡觉，教他们识字、绘画、唱歌跳舞、做手工，甚至在他们大小便时还得帮忙提裤子、擦屁股、冲厕所``````从事了幼教的我，才真正体验到幼教工作的艰辛，才真正体味到当一名幼儿教师的酸甜苦辣。

其实这些都难不到我，我最遗憾的是自己的幼教专业知识太欠缺了，与在座的专业幼儿教师相比实在太差了。我和其他老师比，存在的一个严重的问题就是“缺”——缺少理论知识，缺少实践经验，缺少教学艺术，但是我一定要下决心做一名好的幼儿教师，让领导放心，让家长满意，让孩子们喜欢的老师，面对工作中的许多接锺而来事情，真的让我有点眼花缭乱，面对这种压力就要用实际行动来改变压力。改变自己就应该抓紧现在不能等待，为了创造新的自我，我先从转变角色开始。首先，我很快的认识到对待工作要有责任心，对待孩子要有爱心，对自己要有信心，一个人只要有了责任心，热爱自己的事业，就会全身心的投入到工作中去，同样对自己有了信心，才会认识和了解自己，充分的发挥自己的特长。因此我用自己积极的心态去对待我所从事的事业，并给自己定了一个目标:要做一名合格的幼儿园教师。我相信通过我的努力我会成为一名好的幼儿教师，让领导放心，让家长满意，让孩子们喜欢的老师。

“起始于辛劳，收结于平淡。”这就是我们教育工作者的人生写照。是的，甘为人梯，吃也清淡，穿也素雅，面对大千世界，我们心怀淡泊，像春蚕，像蜡烛，在平凡的工作岗位上，用青春和生命谱写无怨无悔的人生。虽然平凡，我们却背负着祖国未来的希望;虽然清贫，我们却托举着明天的太阳。

孩子，我爱你们!作为一名幼儿教师，我真诚希望和欢迎更多的有志青年投身幼儿教育事业，用真情关注幼儿教育、用真心关爱我们的每一个孩子，让孩子们沐浴爱的阳光，在雨露滋润中春色满园，在祖国大花园里含苞绽放。

春种一粒粟，秋收万颗籽。国家发展的希望靠教育、民族振兴的希望靠教育。孩子，我爱你们!为表达我的此时此刻心情，我把我们幼儿教师亲手编织的“爱心”高挂在祖国的蓝天，算作我们献给天下孩子的一份礼物。让我们共同祝福我们的孩子在爱的怀抱里茁壮成长，祝福孩子们早日成为国家的栋梁，祝福我们伟大的祖国日新月异，更加繁荣昌盛。

 

[篇四]:立高尚师德，做诚信教师

今天我们一起探讨的题目是关于“诚信”。什么是诚信?顾名思义，诚实守信。商家合法经营，是诚信;人们之间相互平等交往，是诚信;教师传道受业解惑，也是诚信。诚信，作为中华文明古国的传统美德，几千年来，受到人们的自觉信奉和推崇。

而时至今日，我们为何又重提诚信?是的，这是因为有许多的事令人骇然:假烟、假酒、假种子、假化肥、假文凭、假职称……不胜枚举。

“人而无信，不知其可也”，失去诚信，必定失去发展的空间，失去坚强有力的支持，失去人格和尊严。有一名德国留学生，成绩优异。毕业后，到处求职，屡屡受挫。

这是为什么?原因很简单，因为他的档案记录表明，他曾经逃避公共汽车票被抓三次。在新加坡，有人拿着飞机票却不能登上飞机，因有资料显示他借阅的图书还没有归还图书馆。

可见，诚信对于每个人至关重要。

诚信，公司才能聘用你;诚信，银行才能借钱给你;诚信，才能得到别人的信任。同样，有诚信的教师，才能赢得学生、家长的拥护和社会的支持。诚信，是道德教育和素质教育的重要内容，是做人之本、兴业之本、立国之本。

记得在刚步入幼教岗位时，为了博得孩子们的“欢心”，我也有过失信的举动，在一次聊天活动中我偶尔和一个孩子寒暄着说最近你表现的很好，晚上要到她去做客，孩子听到了我的话后到处和伙伴们炫耀着我今晚要去她家的事情。 可是工作的繁忙让我忘记了对孩子们的承诺，幼儿教师师德演讲稿晚上九点多接到了孩子的电话，他说:“高老师，你不是要来我家玩吗，我准备了很多好吃的你怎么还没有来呢 。”哎呀，只好告诉孩子老师太忙了，忘记了，听到他失望的眼神和惋惜的语气，我觉得很内疚，孩子对于老师说的话总是坚信不移、满怀希望的。

而我所说的不负责任的鼓励对孩子来说更是一个无言伤害。

在一则寓言故事里，一位商人在上帝给他礼物时，选择了金钱、地位、家庭……唯独扔下了诚信，结果他下了地狱。虽说在我们生活中遇到的仅仅是一些小事，说过的仅仅是几句谎言，而在现实利益与诚信发生矛盾是，还是请您选择诚信吧，因为守住诚信，就是守住了做人的根本;守住诚信，就守住了成功!

现在作为一个工作九年经验的老教师更加觉得诚信，对于我们幼儿教师来说，更是至关重要的。教师是立园之本，师德是教育之魂。孩子是善于模仿的，人们常说:学高为师，身正为范。

幼儿教师只有具备了良好的道德品质，才能有资格为人师表，才能更好地教育和影响幼儿。在家里，父母是孩子的启蒙者;在学校，教师是孩子的表率，其言行举止，甚至兴趣爱好等，都会对年幼纯洁的孩子产生潜移默化的影响，因为我们无意识的一个行为或许就伤害了孩子的自尊，随口说的一句谎言更会拉远我们与孩子的距离……。

所以我在幼儿教育的这条路上继续慢慢摸索着，早晨的时候我会微笑来迎接每一个纯真的小脸，和他们亲切的问好，尽量做到每一天至少拥抱一次幼儿。并对每一位幼儿进行仔细的晨检:一摸、二看、三问、四查即摸头热不热，看脸色好不好，是否有剪指甲，

问家长幼儿在家有无特殊情况，查幼儿是否带危险物品，有目的、有计划，亲切与家长交流着今天的注意事项并进行及时记录并追踪，也许有的孩子会因为离开父母而感到难过，但我仍会张开双臂迎接他们的到来，关心地问他们难过的原因，安慰他们脆弱的心灵，直到他能笑笑地对我说声老师好，我今天不哭了，你可以给我一朵小红花吗?

玩是孩子的天性，我在注重孩子学本领的基础上每天都组织幼儿参加丰富有趣的户外活动和区域活动时间，幼儿教师师德演讲稿户外活动前我会组织幼儿有秩序地上、下楼我鼓励孩子愉快地参与活动，有针对性地组织幼儿活动，并让胆子大的孩子带着内向的孩子一起玩，培养他们的交往能力，经过一段时间的培养他们都能进行结对子地进行活动，

户外活动时注意安全，保证幼儿在教师可视范围内活动，如有意外发生，教师能够及时发现并做好处理。 组织幼儿做操时做到动作标准、优美、注意镜面示范，口令清晰、准确。

区域活动也是幼儿园生活的一个不可缺少的环节，每周的区域活动我会向幼儿介绍重点开放区域名称及新投放材料的名称与玩法并提出区域活动要求。 为幼儿创设安静、有序的活动区域，让幼儿自主选择区域进行活动。在适当的位置进行观察与记录，适时、适地介入幼儿活动，帮助幼儿能够顺利开展活动。

避免教师脱离幼儿活动做其它准备工作。保育是小段年龄班的最重要的，第一小块活动是体现我们保育工作的重要一环，做到每个集中活动后都有一个小块活动，小块活动包括

1、 分组、分性别入厕，教师在旁适时地进行提醒幼儿做到便后洗手，不玩水，在洗手间不拥挤、不打闹、不喧哗，让幼儿养成良好的盥洗习惯。并与保育员老师配合及时调整幼儿的衣裤。

2、分组喝水，幼儿教师师德演讲稿保证饮水量达到30毫升以上，并教育幼儿用自己的水杯喝水，用后放回原处不浪费水。

3、组织等待幼儿进行小游戏，避免让幼儿在椅子上等待。

第二幼儿每天的一餐两点一水果是家长们最关心的话题，也是小年龄段老师和孩子最头痛的环节，为了保证幼儿的营养和养成良好的用餐习惯，

1、我为幼儿创设愉快、安静的进餐氛围，做到及时添餐。

2、 向幼儿介绍餐点及营养价值，激起幼儿的食欲。 对于幼儿挑食的情况进行鼓励奖励等方法 ，对于那些厌食的孩子，我采用了小块小碗 大家来分享的方法。

3、 保证幼儿进餐量，幼儿进餐时间不少于20分钟。

4、 组织幼儿进行安静、轻松的餐前游戏(听音乐、听故事、手指操、认字、看英语片等)

5、 组织幼儿餐后游戏。每个幼儿用餐结束后可随时游戏，避免长时间座等，但要在指定范围内活动，如不影响进餐幼儿。

第三就寝以及起床环节:就寝前

1、 组织幼儿在楼内或户外进行散步，在散步过程中与他们进行愉快的聊天，并在散步过程中复习儿歌和歌曲。

2、入睡前，检查每一位幼儿入厕和更换拖鞋的情况11点50分组织幼儿脱衣，准备入睡，在脱衣时帮助幼儿穿脱衣，鼓励能力强的孩子学会自己穿脱衣，并在指定位置将衣物摆放整齐，提醒幼儿坐在被窝里折叠衣裤；检查幼儿袖口、领口是否有沾 湿情况，进行及时吹干工作；认真检查幼儿是否将危险物或嘴含食物上床入睡。

3、提醒保育员看睡时要在可视范围内认真看护，幼儿教师师德演讲稿根据季节与室内温度变化检查幼儿的午睡情况，天气冷时，中间如有孩子起床上厕所要及时披件外套，以免受凉。

起床时， 组织幼儿起床，指导或帮助幼儿穿衣。认真检查幼儿是否有在午睡时尿裤或汗湿的情况发生，进行及时更换、吹干、清洗工作。

4、给班级幼儿进行头发的整理，小班小朋友喜欢老师关爱他们，在梳头的环节以往我们只注重给长头发的女生梳头发，认真观察起来孩子们总是用很羡慕的眼神看着那些长头发的女生，其实梳头一环节是最具有亲情味的，

5、老师帮孩子梳头的举动能得到孩子的共鸣，他们觉得这时候老师最像妈妈，有时小男生都会跑过来让老师帮他梳梳头，所以后来我也会最后地帮他们梳梳头，顺便说说真帅、真漂亮的话语来鼓励他们。

保教结合既然有保就要有教，家长相信我们把孩子交到我们手中希望的就是能在幼儿园里学到更多的本领得到更好的教育，在这方面我做好提前一天检查准备工作:包括教案、教具、学具。在 组织预设的主题教育活动，以<纲要>为准则，促进幼儿全面发展。教育活动中对个别幼儿给予帮助和指导。在基础教育课的同时我还要善于发现本班孩子的实际出现的问题及时进行课程调整做到保教相结合。 。

幼儿的老师的工作是繁琐的，幼儿教师师德演讲稿但只有树立高尚的师德，做诚信的教师，才能永远成为孩子们的良师益友。
