一、 一般现在时 (概念,句式结构, 常用时间状语; 用法) 1、概念, 句式结构, 常用时间状语。

(1)概念:一般现在是主要表示经常性或习惯性的动作或存在的状态,也可表示现在的

情况或状态以及永恒的真理。

(2)句式结构:

Be(is , am , are) +表语,如:She is a beautiful girl.

There be (is , are )句型,如:There is a schoolbag on the desk.

实义动词作谓语, 谓语用动词原形,但主语是第三人称单数时,谓语要用相应的单数第三人称形式

如: They usually go to school on foot.

She likes chocolate.

(3)常用时间状语:always, usually, often, everyday等。

2.一般现在时的用法

(1) 表示经常性或习惯性的动作或存在的状态,常与表频度的时间状语连用。如: My mother often does housework. 我妈妈经常做家务。 (2) 描述现在的情况,状态等。如:

He speaks Russian very well.他讲俄语讲得很好。 (3) 描述客观真理、客观存在或科学事实等。如:

Light travels faster than sound.光比声音传播速度快。

(4) 注:在含时间状语从句或条件状语从句的复合句中,若主句用一般将来时,则从句

用一般现在时表示将来,即“主将从现”如:

I will ring you if he comes back tomorrow.如果他明天回来,我就给你打电话。

例: I will send you an e-mail as soon as I _________in Canada. A. arrive B arrived C am arriving D will arrive

(5) 在以here , there开头的句子中常用一般现在时代替进行时。如: Here comes the bus! 汽车来了!

二、 一般过去时 (概念,句式结构以及常用的时间状语; 动词过去式的构成,一般过去时

的用法)

1. 概念,句式结构及常用的时间状语

(1) 概念: 表示过去发生的动作或存在的状态。 (2) 句式结构

was/were+表语 She was a beautiful girl ten years ago.

was/were There were many shops near our school.

实义动词作谓语 He got up at six o’clock yesterday morning.

(4) 常用的时间状语: yesterday(昨天), the day before yesterday (前天), last

week (上星期),two days ago (两天前),just now (刚才)等

2. 动词过去式的构成方式

一般过过去式中,谓语动词要用一般过去式, 过去式的变化分为规则(见七年级上册102页)和不规则两种(不规则动词表见八年级上册116页) 3.一般过去时的用法

(1)表示过去发生或过去经常发生的动作或存在的状态。如: He visited the Great Wall yesterday. 昨天他旅游了长城。

He went to the hospital once a week last week. 去年他每周去医院一次。 例: I’m now in New York with my friend Jenny. We __________ by plane on Monday. A arrive B arrived C are arriving D will arrive ( 2) 用于虚拟条件句中, 表示与现在事实相反的情况。如: If I were you, I would take a small present.

如果我是你的话,我就带上一小件小礼物。

注: if I were you 中, were 不能改成was。

三、 一般将来时(概念, 句式结构以及常用的时间状语, 用法) 1. 概念,句式结构以及常用的时间状语

(1) 概念: 表示将来要发生的动作或存在的状态。 (2) 句式结构 Will/shall + 动词原形 They will have a good time. + 动词原形 We are going to take an exam.

现在进行时表将来 The bus is coming. 公共汽车要来了。

(3) 常用的时间状语:tomorrow, the day after tomorrow , in two hours , soon ,

in the future等 2.一般将来时的用法

(1)be going to 和will 表示将要发生的动作或存在的状态。 We are going to have a meeting to discuss the plan.

我们打算开会讨论这个计划。

She will reach here at five o’clock this afternoon. 今天下午五点她将到达这里。

例. My sister wants a new dress. She ______ it to the party. A wears B has won C wore D is going to wear

(2) be going to 表示根据某种迹象判断将要发生某事, will 表示客观上将来势必

发生的事。 如:

Look at the dark clouds. It’s going to rain. 看那乌云,天马上要下雨了。

He will be twenty years old next year. 明年他就要20岁了。

例. There __________a basketball match between Class One and Class Three

this afternoon.

A is going to be B will have C are going to be D is going to have 注:There be的一般将来式是there is/are going to be 或there will be 选A

两个进行时态

一.现在进行时 (概念,句式结构,常用的时间状语及用法) 1. 概念,句式结构及常见的时态标志词 (1).概念: 表示现在正在进行的动作

(2).句式结构: 主语+ am/is / are +现在分词+其他

(3).常见的时态标志词:now, at the moment, look, listen等 2.现在分词的构成方式 3.现在进行时的用法:

(1). 表示目前正在进行的动作。如:

She is reading a book. 她正在读书。

例:Where’s Tom? His mother __________ him now.

A. is looking for B. will look for C. has looked for D. looks for (2). 与always,usually,forever等词连用,表示说话者的赞扬、厌恶或不满情绪等。

如:

He is always helping others. We all like him. 他总是帮助别人,我们都很喜欢他。

(3).一些表示位置移动的动词,如go , come, leave等常用现在进行时表示将来发生的;

动作。如:

He is leaving for Shanghai tomorrow. 特别提醒:以下动词通常不用于现在进行时

① 表示感觉、情感或心理活动的动词,如: hear, listen,look,smell, taste,

notice,seem, hate, like , want, love, want, wish等 ② 表示所有或占有的动词,如:have, own, belong等

③ 表示记忆,理解或决定的动词,如:forget, remember, understand, believe,

know,decide

二.过去进行时(概念,句式结构及常用的时间状语和用法) 1. 概念,句式结构及常用的时间状语

(1).概念:表示过去某个时刻或某段时间正在进行的动作。 (2).句式结构:主语+was/were+现在分词+其他 当主语为一、三人称时用was, 其余用were。

(3). 常用的时间状语: at nine o’clock last night(昨天晚上九点), at that

time(那时), at that moment(当时), this time yesterday(昨天的这个时候), from 8:00 to 9:00 last night(昨晚8:00到9:00),以及when和while引导的时间状语从句等。 2.用法

(1). 表示过去某一时刻正在进行的的动作。如:

I was watering my flowers at nine yesterday morning. 昨天上午九点我在给花浇水。

(2).表示过去某一段时间正在进行的动作。如:

What were you doing from 8:00 to 9:00 last night? 昨天8点到9点你在干什么? 例.

Step1.Greet the class.

Hello,everybody! Today, I'm very happy! Because there are many good English teachers from different schools here and you, the excellent students from No.4 Middle School of Lujiang. Glad to see you!

Step2.Lead-in.

In this class, we'll review the eight types of tenses. First, let's listen to an English song, The Day You Went Away. Play the song by CAI and show the lyric of the song for the students. Have them listen and look at the lyric, then find out that how many kinds of tenses are used in this song and what they are. Then check the answers with the students.

Step3.Revise the usages of the tenses.

Put up a big card that has a time and tense axis on the blackboard. The axis shows the eight types of tenses in the different parts of time(past, now and future). When show the axis, have the students look at the screen. The usages and example sentences are on it.

1、一般现在时

1).经常性或习惯性的动作,常与表示频率的时间状语连用。

例:I leave home for school at 7 every morning.

2).客观真理、客观存在、科学事实。

例:The earth moves around the sun.

Shanghai lies in the east of China.

此用法出现在宾语从句中,主句是过去时,从句谓语也要用一般现在时。 例:Columbus proved that the earth is round.

The teacher told us the earth moves around the sun.

3).在时间、条件状语从句中表示将来的动作。

例:If it rains tomorrow, I'll stay at home.

4). 用于某些表达法中表示现在正在发生的动作或存在的状态。

例:Here comes the bus.

There goes the bell!

2、现在进行时

1).表示说话时正在进行的动作.常和now,Look!Listen!或其他铺垫句连用。 例:I am reading a book now.

Look!They are having a basketball match.

It's 7:00 pm.The Greens are watching TV.

2).表示现阶段正在进行着的动作但说话时不一定正在进行。

例:Mr.Green is writing another novel. (说话时并未在写,只处于写作的状态。)

3).表示在近期按计划或安排要进行的动作。即用现在进行体表示将来要发生的动作。但一般要与将来时间连用,而且仅限于少量动词。例如: come,go,start,arrive,leave,stay等。

例:Mr.Smith is leaving for London tomorrow.

3、过去进行时

1).表示过去某个时刻或某一阶段正在进行的动作。

例:What were you doing at three o’clock yesterday afternoon?

2).用于when,while 引导的时间状语从句中。用过去进行时表示较长的动作。过去进行时可用于主句,也可用于从句。

例:I was doing my homework when someone knocked at the door.

While he was waiting at the bus stop,the traffic accident happened.(While 后的分句必须用进行时)

While I was reading,my sister was sleeping.(表示对比,都用进行时)

3).用于表示过去将来的动作。常用在间接引语中。

例:I asked him whether he was coming back for dinner.

4、一般将来时

一般将来时表示将来某个时间要发生的动作或存在的状态。常与表示将来的时间状语连用。如:tomorrow,tomorrow morning,next week(year,term„),in (two days„),soon,the day after tomorrow等。

例:I will go to Beijing tomorrow.

5、过去将来时

过去将来时表示从过去的某一时间来看将要发生的动作或存在的状态。它常用于宾语从句中。

例:He told me he would go to Beijing.

He said the train was leaving at six the next morning

She said she was going to start at once.

6、一般过去时

一般过去时表示在确定的过去时间里所发生的动作或存在的状态。

时间状语有:yesterday,last week,an hour ago,the other day,in 1982等。 例:He went to school an hour ago.

When I was a child,I often played football in the street.

请你注意:一般过去时表明的是过去发生的事,和现在不发生关系。一般过去时的时间状语应该是表示过去某个时间的词或词组,如:yesterday,last month,in 1999,two days ago等,绝对不可与recently,in the past 10 years,this month等连用,因为这样的时间状语都与现在有关系,应该用现在完成时或一般现在时。

7、现在完成时

1).表示过去发生或已经完成的某一动作对现在造成的影响或结果。常用的时间状语:already,never,just,before,recently,for+时间段,since+时间点 例:I have lost my key.(说明过去某时丢的,现在还未找到。)

2).表示过去已经开始,持续到现在的动作或状态。

例:I have known him for ten years.

3).表示从过去到现在之间曾经经历过的事。

例:We have been to the Summer Palace twice.

They are not here. They have gone to the Summer Palace.

请你注意:因为含有for加一段时间或since加一个时间点这样的时间状语的完成时,有动态和延续性的特点,所以不能使用终端动词或瞬间动词。 例:The old man has been dead for 2 years.(过去分词做表语表示状态,可以延续)

The old man died 2 years ago.(终端动词)

而现在完成进行时表示某一动作开始于过去某一时间,延续或重复地出现至今,或将继续延续至将来。

例:We have been working on this project for over a month now.(到目前为止,我们一直在处理那个项目,已经花了一个多月时间了。)

8、过去完成时

表示过去某时开始,一直持续到另一时间和状态。即动作完成于某个过去时间之前。常用的时间状语:由by,before等词构成的表示时间的介词短语。“过去的过去”这种逻辑关系常通过上下文体现出来,而不一定受某个时间状语的限制。

例:We had not heard from him by the end of last year.

She said she had learned French for six years.

Step4.Chant.

Show the forms of each kind of tenses on the screen, play the music and chant with the whole class. Have them remember the forms.

Ⅰ. 初中英语八种时态归纳复习

时态是英语学习中一个至关重要的内容,广大初中学生在实际运用时,往往对时态总是倍感棘手,下面我们就归纳复习一下这几种时态。

一、一般现在时:

概念:经常、反复发生的动作或行为及现在的某种状况。

时间状语:

always, usually, often, sometimes, every week (day, year, month…), once a week, on Sundays, etc.

基本结构:①be动词;②行为动词

否定形式:①am/is/are+not;②此时态的谓语动词若为行为动词,则在其前加don't,如主语为第三人称单数,则用doesn't,同时还原行为动词。

一般疑问句:①把be动词放于句首;②用助动词do提问,如主语为第三人称单数,则用does,同时,还原行为动词。

二、一般过去时:

概念:过去某个时间里发生的动作或状态;过去习惯性、经常性的动作、行为。 时间状语:ago, yesterday, the day before yesterday, last week(year, night, month…), in 1989, just now, at the age of 5, one day, long long ago, once upon a time, etc.

基本结构:①be动词;②行为动词

否定形式:①was/were+not;②在行为动词前加didn't,同时还原行为动词。 一般疑问句:①was或were放于句首;②用助动词do的过去式did 提问,同时还原行为动词。

三、现在进行时:

概念:表示现阶段或说话时正在进行的动作及行为。

时间状语:now, at this time, these days, etc.

基本结构:am/is/are+doing

否定形式:am/is/are+not+doing.

一般疑问句:把be动词放于句首。

四、过去进行时:

概念:表示过去某段时间或某一时刻正在发生或进行的行为或动作。

时间状语:at this time yesterday, at that time或以when引导的谓语动词是一般过去时的时间状语等。

基本结构:was/were+doing

否定形式:was/were + not + doing.

一般疑问句:把was或were放于句首。

五、现在完成时:

概念:过去发生或已经完成的动作对现在造成的影响或结果,或从过去已经开始,持续到现在的动作或状态。

时间状语:recently, lately, since…for…,in the past few years, etc.

基本结构:have/has + done

否定形式:have/has + not +d one.

一般疑问句:have或has。

六、过去完成时:

概念:以过去某个时间为标准,在此以前发生的动作或行为,或在过去某动作之前完成的行为,即“过去的过去”。

时间状语:before, by the end of last year(term, month…),etc.

基本结构:had + done.

否定形式:had + not + done.

一般疑问句:had放于句首。

七、一般将来时:

概念:表示将要发生的动作或存在的状态及打算、计划或准备做某事。

时间状语:tomorrow, next day(week, month, year…),soon, in a few minutes, by…,the day after tomorrow, etc.

基本结构:①am/is/are/going to + do;②will/shall + do.

否定形式:①was/were + not; ②在行为动词前加didn't,同时还原行为动词。 一般疑问句:①be放于句首;②will/shall提到句首。

八、过去将来时:

概念:立足于过去某一时刻,从过去看将来,常用于宾语从句中。

时间状语:the next day(morning, year…),the following month(week…),etc. 基本结构:①was/were/going to + do;②would/should + do.

否定形式:①was/were/not + going to + do;②would/should + not + do. 一般疑问句:①was或were放于句首;②would/should 提到句首。

Ⅱ. 几种常见时态的相互转换

英语中的几种时态在一定情况下可以互相转换,以下是几种常见的转换形式:

一、一般过去时与现在完成时的转换

在现在完成时中,延续性动词能与表示一段时间的状语连用,瞬间动词却不能。但是,可用别的表达方式:①瞬间动词用于“一段时间 + ago”的一般过去时的句型中;②瞬间动词可改成与之相对应的延续性动词及短语,与一段时间连用;③瞬间动词用于“It is + 一段时间 + since + 一般过去时”的句型中,表示“自从……以来有……时间”的意思,主句一般用it is来代替It has been;④瞬间动词用于“Some time has passed since + 一般过去时”的句型中。请看:

A. He joined the League two years ago.

B. He has been in the League for two years.

C. It is two years since he joined the League.

D. Two years has passed since he joined the League.

二、一般现在时与现在进行时的转换

在一般现在时中,at加上名词表示“处于某种状态”,如at work(在工作), at school(上学、上课)等。此短语可与进行时态转换。请看:

Peter is at work, but Mike is at play.

Peter is working, but Mike is playing.

三、现在进行时与一般将来时的转换

在现在进行时态中go, come, leave, start, arrive等动词常与表示将来的时间状语连用表示将要发生的动作。如:I am coming, Mum! 意为“我就来,妈妈!”请看: The train is leaving soon.

The train will leave soon.

四、“be going to+动词原形”与“will(shall)+动词原形”结构的转换

“be going to+动词原形”、表示打算、计划要做的事;将来时“will(shall)+动词原形”结构在书面语中,当主语为第一人称时,常用助动词shall。在口语中,所有人称都可以用will。请看:

We are going to visit the Great Wall next Sunday.

We shall visit the Great Wall next Sunday.

Ⅲ. 中考动词时态考点分析

一、 根据时间状语确定时态的原则

1. Hurry up! The play for ten minutes. (2002辽宁)

A. has begun B. had begun C. has been on D. began

[析] 1. C。since后接时间的起点,for后接时间段,主句动词用现在完成时,应注意瞬间动词与延续性动词的使用。

二、 在复合句根据时态呼应确定时态的原则

A. he comes; will come B. will he come; comes

C. he will come; comes D. will he come; will come

[析] 2. C。if既可引导宾语从句,也可引导状语从句。充当宾语从句的连接词时,相当于whether,词义是“是否”。充当状语从句的连接词时,词义是“如果”。从时态看,if引导宾语从句时谓语动词的时态应根据主句的时态作相应的变化;引导表示将来动作或状态的条件句时,若主句用一般将来时,则从句通常用一般现在时表示将来。

三、 根据上下文已有时态信息点确定时态的原则

[析] 3. B。此例由下句的时间状语推断出一般过去时态,并且要考虑到被动语态。

四、 利用上下文语意确定时态的原则

[析] 4. B。此例由didn’t, at the party推断出应用过去进行时。

一般现在时

一.要点提示

一般现在时主要用动词原形表示,但是当主语是第三人称单数或者单数名词时,动词的形式要发生变化,其变化规律是:

1. 一般动词后加-s, 如:wears, reads, plays, likes,

2.以s, x, ch, sh,o结尾,后加-es, 如:watches, brushes, goes

3.辅音字母+y结尾,变y为i,再加-es, 如:worries, carries.

4.元音字母+y结尾,直接加-s

5.Be动词一般现在时的特殊形态是:am, is, are。Have的第三人称单数是has

二.用法指南

一般现在时的用法

1) 表示经常性或习惯性的动作,常与表示频度的时间状语连用。

I leave home for school at 7 every morning.

2) 表示现在的状态、特征、能力、性格等。

I know him very well.

3) 表示格言或警句中。

Pride goes before a fall. 骄者必败。

Failure is the mother of success. 失败是成功之母。

4) 表示客观真理,客观存在,科学事实。

The earth moves around the sun.

Shanghai lies in the east of China.

5)在时间条件等状语从句中,用一般现在时表将来(主将从现)

If it rains tomorrow, we won’t go to the park.

三. 一般现在时态的肯定形式,否定形式及疑问形式

肯定形式是用动词原形,be动词用am, is, are, 注:动词的第三人称单数形式的变化; 否定形式是在be动词后加否定词not(缩写成isn’t, aren’t, am与not不能缩写),或者添加助动词do/does加not再加动词原形(缩写成don’t/doesn’t).

疑问形式是把be动词或助动词do/does提置句首, 动词还原,句末问号,人称上第一人称变第二人称,第二人称变第一人称或不变,第三人称不变。

四.与一般现在时连用的时间状语

① 表示频度的副词:always总是, often经常,usually通常, seldom很少, never从不, sometimes有时

② On Sunday, on Monday afternoon, every day, every year

③ Once a year, twice a month, three times a week等表频率的词组

练习 根据汉语意思填空: 这儿经常下雪。 王安的英语写得好,但说得不好。 ’ll have chance to go to America.如果我得到这笔钱,我将有机会去美国。

一般过去时的用法

1)在确定的过去时间里所发生的动作或存在的状态。

4) wish, wonder, think, hope 等用过去时,作试探性的询问、请求、建议等。

I thought you might have some. 我以为你想要一些。

一般将来时表示将来某个时间要发生的动作或存在的状态,也表示将来经常或反复发生的动作,常与表示将来的时间状语连用(tomorrow, tomorrow morning, next week (year, term…), in (two days…), soon, the day after tomorrow等。

二.用法指南

一般将来时的结构及用法

1) shall/will + 动词原形, shall用于第一人称,常被will 所代替,will 用于各人称,表示未来的事实或对将来的预测。

Which paragraph shall I read first.?

Students will use computers to learn.

2) be going to +动词原形,表示打算,计划要做的事或根据有把握的判断要发生的事。 a. 主语的意图,即将做某事。

What are you going to do tomorrow?

b. 计划,安排要发生的事。

The play is going to be produced next month。

c. 有迹象要发生的事

Look at the dark clouds, there is going to be a storm.

3) be to +动词原形,表示已作出的决定,按计划或正式安排将发生的事。

We are to discuss the report next Saturday.

4) be about to +动词原形,表示即刻,马上要发生的动作。

He is about to leave for Beijing.

注意:be about to 不能与tomorrow, next week 等表示明确将来时的时间状语连用。Be

动词的形式与主语保持一直。

5)be doing现在进行时表将来,, 这样的动词有go, come, leave, stay, start, begin等,表即将发生或安排好的事情

We are leaving for London next week.

三. 某些将来时结构在用法上的区别

1)以下情况只用shall/will,不用

be going to

表示有礼貌的询问或客气地邀请,如:

Will you please lend me your bike?

表示意愿;

We will help him if he asks us.

表示单纯的将来,与人的主观愿望和判断无关,如:

The sun will rise at 6:30 tomorrow morning.

2)be to和be going to

be to 表示客观安排或受人指示而做某事;be going to 表示主观的打算或计划。

I am to play football tomorrow afternoon. (客观安排)

I'm going to play football tomorrow afternoon. (主观安排)

四.一般将来时的肯定形式,否定形式及疑问形式

肯定形式正常语序,否定形式在be动词或will/shall后加not,疑问形式把be动词或shall/will提置句首。

练习 根据汉语意思填空: 今天晚上7点你会在家吗? 你能开下灯吗? 火车马上就要开了。

现在进行时的结构:be (am, is, are) + 现在分词(即动词-ing形式)。否定形式是在be后加not,疑问形式是把be动词提置句首。

二.用法指南

现在进行时的基本用法:

1) 表示现在( 指说话人说话时) 正在进行或发生的动作。

We are waiting for you.

2) 习惯进行:表示长期的或重复性的动作,说话时动作未必正在进行。

Mr. Green is writing another novel. (说话时并未在写,只处于写作的状态。)

She is learning piano under Mr. Smith.

3) 表示渐变的动词有:get, grow, become, turn, run, go, begin等。

The leaves are turning red.

It's getting warmer and warmer.

4) 与always, constantly, forever 等词连用,表示反复发生的动作或持续存在的状态,往往

带有说话人的主观色彩。

You are always changing your mind.

注意:当时间状语为now, these days或句中含有look, listen, can you see, can’t you see之类

三. 不用进行时的动词

1) 表归属的动词have, belong, possess, cost, owe, exist, include, contain, matter, weigh,

measure, continue等。

I have two brothers.

2) 心理状态的动词know, realize, think see, believe, suppose, imagine, agree, recognize,

remember, want, need, forget, prefer, mean, understand, love, hate等。

I need your help. He loves her very much.

3 ) 瞬间动词 accept, receive, complete, finish, give, allow, decide, refuse等。

I accept your advice.

4) 系动词seem, remain, lie, see, hear, smell, feel, taste, get, become, turn等。

You seem a little tired.

过去进行时

一. 要点提示

过去进行时的构成:由be的过去式(was/were)+ 现在分词(doing)构成,主要表示过去某个时刻正在进行的动作。其否定式在was/were加not缩写成wasn’t/weren’t,疑问式把was/were提前。

二. 用法指南

英语中一共有十六种时态,初中阶段主要学习和考到八种时态,主要包括

一般现在时,一般过去时,一般将来时,现在进行时,过去进行时,现在完成时,过去将来时和过去完成时。

一、一般现在时

1.用法:

1)表示现阶段经常性,习惯性的动作或存在的状态、特征或客观真理。常用的时间状语有often ,usually ,sometimes ,always ,every day ,never ,in the morning,every week/day 等。

e.g. I get up at six every morning. (经常性动作)

He plays tennis once a week. (习惯性动作) The sun rises in the east. (客观真理)

My mother is a teacher. She teaches English in a school. (现在的状态) 2) 在条件状语从句和时间状语从句中用一般现在时表示将来。 e.g. If you don’t go soon, you’ll be late.

3) begin, come., go, leave, start, stop 等动词常用一般现在时表示按计划、规定将要发生的事情。

e.g. Class begins at eight in the morning. 2.构成:

1)主语是I, we, you, they和名词复数时作谓语的行为动词用原形。主语是he, she , it和名词单数时,动词使用第三人称单数。 2)主语为第三人称和名词单数时:

肯定式:S+V/动词的第三人称单数 否定式:S+ don't/doesn't +V+其他 疑问式:Do/Does+S+V+其他 简略回答:(肯)Yes,S+do/does (否)No,S+do/does not

3)当主语是第一、二人称和第三人称复数以及名词复数时:

肯定式: S + be +··· 否定式: S+ be +not + ··· 疑问式: Am /Is /Are + S+ ···? 简略回答: (肯) Yes,S + be. (否) No,S + be. 真题:

二、一般过去时

1. 表示过去某段时间发生的事,存在的状态或过去反复发生的动作时用一般过去时。常用于一般过去时的时间状语:yesterday,three months ago,last year,in 1979等。 2. 用法:

1)过去发生的动作。

e.g. The police stopped me on my way home last night. 2)过去存在的状态。

e.g. They weren't able to come because they were so busy.

3)be used to doing 表示过去常常做某事。也是一般过去时的标记。 e.g. She was used to feeding the cats in the yard. 3. 构成:

S+V-ed

1)用动词的过去式。作谓语的行为动词的词尾变化如下:

三、一般将来时

1.用法:表示将来某个时间要发生的动作或存在的状态,常用于一般将来时的时

间状语:tomorrow,next week,in 2008等。 1)将要发生的动作。

e.g. I will leave for Beijing tomorrow. 2)将要存在的状态。

e.g. This time next year I will be in Japan. Where will you be? 3)打算要做的事。

e.g. Are you going to watch the film on television tonight?

4)come,go, start, move, sail 等动词常用进行时态表示按计划将要发生的事。 e.g. The whole family is going for two months.

5) 在条件状语从句和时间状语从句中用一般现在时表示将来。 e.g. If you don’t go soon, you’ll be late. 2.构成:

1)助动词will(shall)+v 2)be +going to +v

3. will 和 be going to 的区别: 1)表示带意愿色彩的将来用will。 e.g. I will stay with you in the future.

2) 询问对方是否愿意或表示客气的邀请和命令时用will。 e.g. Will you go to the park with me? Will you please open the door? 3) 表示客观的将来,用will。 e.g. I will be 22 years old next year.

4) be going to常用于口语中用来表示即将发生的动作或存在的状态。 e.g. We’re going to help some farmers with their work. 5) 表示打算或准备要做的事用be going to e.g. She’s going to leave at 10 o’clock tomorrow. 6) 根据某种迹象判断可能要发生的事用be going to。 e.g. Look at the clouds. It’s going to rain. 真题:

1. —— Why are you in such a hurry, Mike? ( 09 福州) —— There an NBA basketball game in ten minutes.

四、现在进行时

1. 用法:

1)说话时正在进行或发生的动作(动作是在说话时正在进行)。常用于现在进行时态的时间状语:now ,look, listen等。 e.g. She is having a bath now.

2)现阶段正在进行或发生的动作(但是动作并不是必须在说话时正在进行)。 e.g. You are working hard today.

Kate wants to work in Italy, so she is learning Italian. The population of the world is growing very fast.

3)频度副词always, forever等词连用时, 表示某种强烈的感情。 e.g. He is always trying out new ideas.

4)表示按计划即将发生的动作(仅限于go, come, arrive, leave, start, fly, begin, stay 等动词)。

e.g. The party is beginning at 8:00 o’clock..

5) “系动词+介词/副词” 表示正在进行的动作。 e.g. He is at work.

6) 表示感觉、愿望和状态的某些动词如hope, smell, hear, see等一般不用进行时态。

2)肯定句、否定句、疑问句形式:

肯定句 : S+be +V-ing
