Summary

Under the leadership of the brave captain John Smith, a group of English settlers sail to The New World to plunder its riches for England, which threatens Pocahontas-the daughter of Chief Powhatan of the Powhatan tribe, and her people. However, Pocahontas and John fall in love at the first sight. When John is held captive by Powhatan, Pocahontas is in dilemma. With the help of Grandmother Willow, she learns to listen to her inner voice and follow the color of wind to pursue the true meaning of life. She saves John, and they work together to prevent the war between English settlers and her people. Finally, instead of leaving with John, Pocahontas chooses to stay with her people.

Review

Pocahontas is a nice movie with good animation and beautiful songs. Pocahontas falls in love with the brave captain John Smith. However, with the conflict between the settlers and her tribe intensified, Smith and Pocahontas have a difficult time preventing all-out war, and saving their love for each other. Finally, the wounded Smith goes back to his country with the settlers, while Pocahontas chooses to stay with her people. Though it’s not a happy ending, I still appreciate it, because it shows a more mature and realistic love. Love is precious, but there are still many other important things such as lives, peace, family and so on. When Pocahontas has problems, she often turns to Grandmother Willow from whom she learns to listen to her inner voice and follow the color of wind to pursue the true meaning of life. And after the settlers leave, the beautiful scenery of the land is saved. These give us a lesson that people should live in harmony with nature and that different races should show respect to each other. In addition, the music in the movie is beautiful like colors of the wind, which make the movie more intriguing. All in all, I like the wonderful movie.

前几天，我读了杰克•坎菲尔和马克•汉森写的《心灵鸡汤》，读完后感受颇深。

这本书中的三百多个故事，每一个都蕴涵了深刻的道理，它让我学会去疼爱他人，充满信心地去迎接生活的挑战。在我面临挫折和失意时，它会使我得到鼓

励和慰藉；在我面临成功时，它又会让我对未来充满希望。它将成为我一生中永远的良师益友。

这本书中，让我印象最深的是卷七中的故事：野雁的感觉。这个故事讲的是一群大雁互相帮助，飞往南方。一路上，它们遇到了许多困难，但它们齐心协力，借助团队的力量，最后成功到达了南方。这个故事中布莱克的一句话让我记忆犹深：“没有一只鸟会升得太高，如果它只用自己的翅膀飞升。”其实，何止是鸟，其实人也一样。人与人之间只有互相帮助，才能获得更大的成功。团队的力量是强大的，一个人如果脱离了团队，就一定不能获得足够的帮助来赢得成功。记住，成功的总是那些懂得和别人互帮互助的人，因为他们有更大的优势。记得有个人说过：“你有一个苹果，我有一个苹果，我们两个交换后仍是一个苹果；但你有一个思想，我有一个思想，我们两个交换后就各拥有两个思想。”正是因为这样，一个团结的集体总是能胜过一个人。

我很喜欢喝鸡汤，因为它很浓，很香，很有营养。最近听说有一本叫《心灵鸡汤》，我带着好奇心把它买回了家。看着看着，我喜欢上了它。

这本书分为21个章节，共有211个意味浓厚的故事。比如说书中讲到一个女孩得了肿瘤，动手术后三个月就康复了。可是掉了她最美的金黄的头发。于是她妈妈为她买了顶可爱的帽子，第二天，就上学去了，但到了班级门口时，他迟迟没有进去，但当她一眼望去时。啊！全班同学都戴着帽子。原来班主任老师在她上学前一天，得知了这个消息后，便对班里的同学说:“从明天开始我们要学习关于帽子的知识，所以请大家戴上自己最喜欢的来。”

读到这里我的心深深的被打动了，这是一定怎么样的帽子呢?小姑娘的帽子里装满了妈妈的爱，而同学们的帽子里盛满了无尽的友情和爱的鼓励。爱是奇迹，我相信小姑娘会因为，爱而勇敢的成长下去。

生活中我们应该向需要帮助的人伸出援助之手，要用平静的心态去对待。在有时候，可能因为你的一个动作拉开了她的心灵创伤。也可能应为你的一个动作为他熬伤。

希望你能成为那个给与心灵鸡汤的人。

《诱拐》这个故事我一口气看完了。

我喜欢看斯蒂文森的作品，读他的小说我会产生一股莫名的激情，读他的小说我能感受正义之气，读他的小说我仿佛在亲身经历，当人被逼上了绝境后怎么办？

本期继续任教九年级。学生实际特点,以及语文学科特点和目前本学科发展方向的把握,我班的语文教学以‘激发兴趣,指导方法,培养习惯,搭建舞台。‘为口号和行动原则,加强了日常教学和学科活动的针对性和有效性,从整体来看,学生身上好的习惯(如课堂听讲,记笔记,发言提问)正在逐步养成,学习兴趣和学习态度也有了明显的转变,语文的综合能力也在原来的基础上有了较大的提高,但是，还有一部分学生学习态度不端正，混日子的情况有，从上期的几次月考和期终考试成绩可以反映出。本班学生语文水平较差，整体水平不高，表现在优等生的语文水平不高，大部分学生作文都是抄，小部分考试作文是乱写，完成任务式。及格人数与其他班差不多，但尖子生较少。语文成绩不高。当然，其他同学语文成绩进步了，期末考试及格了。但也有一部分人语文退步了，或者说没有读书了。表现在考试成绩是二十几分。因此,本学期在保持总体较好的势头之下,还要大力抓本班的优等生的辅导,力求有所进步，争取在中考中有所突破，一切为中考，打好中考之战。

三．教材分析：

我们采用语文出版社出版社出版的初中语文国标教材，本册教材共分为七个单元，除了包括“精读”，“速读”,“视听”,“课外阅读指导”等，还新增加了口语交际与写作。根据对课改精神的学习和对语文教学方向的把握,我们初步拟定了本学期语文教学的培养目标。

1，知识目标：了解课文中出现的有关重要作家作品的常识,了解描写方法和修辞方法和词类的有关知识,熟记课文中出现的生字生词的音形义。

2.掌握和运用知识能力的目标：在小学语文的基础上,指导学生正确理解和运用祖国语言文字,使他们具有基本的阅读听话说话的能力,养成学习语文的良好习惯。具体地说,就是能领会词句在语言环境中的含义和作用,理解思想内容和文章的思路,了解基本写法,具有一定的语言感受能力,初步掌握精读略读的方法,培养默读的习惯,提高阅读速度,能用普通话正确流利地朗读课文,背诵基本课文中的一些精彩片段,初步具有欣赏文学作品的能力,读文言文课文,要了解内容,背诵一些基本篇目,熟练使用常用字典词典,养成读书看报的习惯。

3，人文素质目标：初步学会在日常生活中能正确运用语言文字来进行交流表达,把课本中感受学习到的有关人的语文素质的东西灵活运用到生活中,从而提

高自己的文化品位,例如待人接物的仪态,为人处事的心理,读书看报看电视的习惯等。

五。复习工作

1、作好复习前的动员准备工作，协调好与其它科目的关系，弄清突出的不足，找准复习的重点。有针对性地复习。面向全体，突出重点，特别要注意优等生的语文成绩。

2、五月份之前完成下册的语文教学工作，从六月份转入全面的复习工作。五月份则重于从面上进行复习，狠抓古诗文和现代文的阅读。六月份则重于从纵向深入复习，依然是抓好古诗文和现代文的阅读。

3、学校有可能在五月份进行一次摸底考。锁定差距，然后提出弥补弥补差距的可操作性对策措施，千方百计缩小差距。特别是优等生中语文较差的几个，对得分率低的几块，要找出原因，对症下药。

4、六月份进行四次强化训练式的考试，突出重点，抓不足，对难以把握的知识点，要从方式方法上下功夫，则重于从方法上去把握知识。

5、根据学生的情况，分期分批进行辅导和督促。注重复习的效率，进行必要的考试技巧的训练。

6、在知识的掌握过程中，注重分类和积累，把书读薄；不能贪多，特别是在课外阅读方面，力求典型和精要，从方法上多给予指导。语文是中小学阶段的主要学科,基础学科,随着时代的发展和社会的进步,人们对语文学科的特性和语文教学的认识更为深入,‘大语文‘的观念得到越来越多有识之士的认同,而二期课改对语文教学的阐述也说明,语文教学以培养和提高人的语文素质为主要任。而语文素质是人的整体素质的重要组成部分,语文素质不仅反映人的语文知识和语文能力,而且从本质上看,还反映了人的思想水平,文化修养,观察能力,思维能力等。‘新基‘理论中对塑造未来新人的描述(21世纪的基础教育应把每个学生潜能的开发,健康个性指个体独特性与社会规范性的有机统一的发展,为适应未来社会发展变化所必须的自我教育其内容包括德、智、体、情、意、行等多方面,终身学习的意识和能力的初步形成作为最根本的任务,基础教育应为社会发展和学生的终身发展服务)中,更可以看出语文教育在此方面的大有可为。

7、全体参与，分层达标。复习课的主体是学生，教师应充分调动全体学生的积极性，特别是在当前高中扩招的形势下，教师更不能把目光只盯在少数“尖子生”身上，而应该更多地关注那些基础不扎实、学习有困难的学生。对不同层次的学生应提出不同的要求，优等生可适当“放”，中等生宜“引”，后进生需“扶”。

8、强化基础，突出重点。针对中考试题基础性强的特点，对于教学大纲和新课程标准中要求掌握的语文知识和基本篇目，教师应进行适当的梳理，只有理清了头绪，学生才能思路清晰，复习才有更佳的效果。阅读理解与作文是语文复 习的“重头戏”，教师应加强指导。在进行阅读训练时，应根据不同文体的特点，教给学生一些思考问题和解决问题的方法，真正做到“授之以渔”，并结合有针对性的训练，举一反三，从而提高学生独立阅读的能力。作文复习应重点放在“快速作文”的指导上，从立意、选材、构思、语言等方面进行训练，淡化文体要求，提倡创新意识。

9点面结合，讲练同步。整个复习过程分为四个阶段：一、全面复习（4月上旬——5月上旬）：全面复习基本篇目和语文知识；二、查漏补缺（5月上旬——5月中旬）：针对第一阶段的复习进行小结，巩固训练；三、重点突破（5月中旬——5月下旬）：对学生在复习中有困难的知识点进行重点突破，加强课外阅读

的指导；四、总结检测（6月上旬）：全面总结复习情况，检查复习效果，模拟测试。

Jane Eyre, is a poor but aspiring, small in body but huge in soul, obscure but self-respecting girl. After we close the covers of the book, after having a long journey of the spirit, Jane Eyre, a marvelous figure, has left us so much to recall and to think:

We remember her goodness: for someone who lost arms and blinded in eyes, for someone who despised her for her ordinariness, and even for someone who had hurt her deeply in the past.

We remember her pursuit of justice. It’s like a companion with the goodness. But still, a virtuous person should promote the goodness on one side and must check the badness on the other side.

We remember her self-respect and the clear situation on equality. In her opinion, everyone is the same at the God’s feet. Though there are differences in status、in property and also in appearance, but all the human being are equal in personality.

We also remember her striving for life, her toughness and her confidence…

When we think of this girl, what she gave us was not a pretty face or a transcendent temperament that make us admire deeply, but a huge charm of her personality.

Actually, she wasn’t pretty, and of course, the ordinary appearance didn’t make others feel good of her, even her own aunt felt disgusted with it. In my mind, though a person’s beauty on the face can make others once feel that one is attractive and charming, if his or her mind isn’t the same beautiful as the appearance, such as beauty cannot last for, when others find that the beauty which had charmed them was only a falsity, it’s not true, they will like the person no more. For a long

time, only a person’s GREat virtue, a noble soul, a beautiful heart can be called as AN EVERLASTING BEAUTY, just as Kahill Gibran has said, that ‘Beauty is a heart enflamed and a soul enchanted’.
