The Little Princess is written by Frances hodgson Burnett, who was born in Manchester in England in 1849. In order to support her family she had began to write since she was 18. Then she was famous for the best selling book Little Lord Fauntleroy. She wrote about 50 novels and stories. The representative ones are the secret garden, little princess, little Prince and so on. She was good at writing fiction and children's stories. Her books often show sentimental, romantic color, plus full of childlike plots and the nature of light and warmth, which makes her works not only popular among the children but also the adults.

The Little Princess is just like the modern Cinderella. Sara Crewe, the protagonist of the novel was a little girl but acted as an adult and she loved telling stories to others. When she was 11, her dad sent her to a girls’ boarding school because of his father’s business. At first, Sara lived like a real princess and she was loved by everyone. She could get whatever she want because her father was rich. But on her birthday party, she got a bad news about her father was dead. From that moment, Sara’s life was totally changed. She didn't understand why the teachers and students treat her so bad. She had to work 16 hours a day. She began to taste the hardships of life with no money. Sara and her partner Becky lived together and they helped each other, support each other. There’s an old saying, when one door shuts, another opens. So, after a long time, she met her father’s partner who was searching for her for years because her father found a gold ore and earned lots of money. Then she lived with this kind man and Becky became her exclusive maid.

When I finished reading the book, I feel inspire. What impressed me most are Sara’s kindness and the spirit of brave. When facing difficult, she is still very optimistic and is kind to everyone. A Little Princess is a movie about the growing experience of a girl whose name is Sara. I like this movie because of the girl’s spirit of being optimistic. Sara’s father loves her so much so he sends her to the school to New York which is ready for her. When they get there, they are treated well, especially for Sara. Thing changes when her father’s deaths are told. The headmaster takes everything away that belonged to her before and even let her do many hard work what she didn’t image before, even living in the little dark house. Firstly she feels sad, but then what she does is that she set down all the sorrow without compliment and continues livings as a princess. Though the life is hard fir her, she always tries her best to do better with optimistic attitude. Also her friends still be with her and help her as she helped them before.

The experience makes her mature enough to take the burden that on her shoulder. In the end, her father comes back to find her after long journey. So she becomes a real princess and has a new life which makes the headmaster so regret but nothing to do with it.

Sara inspires me a lot and I hardly cry when watching the movie, especially the part of her hard life. I can’t help loving her attitude about life. I think that we should pay more attention to our beauty hidden inside, so that we can live a simple and happy life. Treat ourselves princess for everyone is important aid special in the world. The book can bring me into a world that is more than reality while reading it. The extraordinary story makes me ponder a lot and gives me a deep impression that every girl can be a princess.

In my opinion, it is impossible for every rich girl to act like a well-behaved princess, but Sara, the heroine of the novel, did it! She was an imaginative little girl who had such intelligent small face and such perfect manners. Sara was a very nice girl who had a gentle, appreciative ways of saying, such as “If you please” “Thank you” which was very charming. So, not only her teachers and classmates liked her, but also her servants liked her. There was a time when Sara became a poor and pitiful servant insulted by the snobbish headmaster of the school. In spite of this, she had never complained to anyone about the horrible suffering she had endured. 成为优秀教师是每个有追求的教师的美好愿望。今年学校给我们每位教师下发了一本名为<优秀教师的九堂必修课>的书。这本书是全国优秀教师，江苏省特级教师，苏州市首届名校长高万祥的大作。读高老师的这本<优秀教师的九堂必修课>，我收获颇丰。读一本好书心得体会。

一开始读，我就被他的序言“做一个快乐的优秀教师”深深地吸引了。高老师认为，正如“幸福的家庭都是相似的，不幸的家庭各有各得不幸”一样，“优秀的教师都是相似的，平庸的教师各有各得平庸。”我也觉得当老师是幸福的，快乐的!

九堂课中，首屈一指的就是读书修身，读书致远。第二堂课就是仰望星空，自我反思。第三堂课便是教育科研、拯救自己。第四堂课，大爱圣心，大德厚生。第五堂课便是一流的口才，赢得感情，以心灵感受心灵。”我想我要先做到对孩子有母爱，进而做到有朋友之爱，同事之爱。

最近我花了400元钱买了好几本新闻报道丛书，我喜欢的书就是会这样买很多。可一群朋友相约打麻将，总是没时间，不过有本书<揭开真相>--南方周末知名记者报道手册，时时带在身边，让我从中受益非浅!

伍小峰作为南方周末写新闻调查的高手，他对调查新闻采写有很多心得，他建议大家要在采访中主动与同行接触，建立信息网络，这将是一个资深记者的财富之一。另一方面，建议记者注意积累，最终成为某一领域的专家，从而能够关注并采访到更新鲜、更深入、更独到的新闻。我们不应该是“来料加工”的，专业化和深度化报道始终是记者追求的目标。

在报道中如何让读者产生阅读快感的前提是，让他们看得不费力。

有两种方法我记了下来，一是在落笔前把事情想清楚，自己想不清楚的不要要写，因为这样更没法叫读者清楚；二是事实很复杂的话，就尽量以时间为顺序，把一些背景夹杂在调查过程中。其风格是冷峻、坦诚的，打动读者的是事实本身的力量。稿子要尽量做到客观冷静，事实与思想的关系，事实必须被置于更高的地位。

<回到教育的原点>一书中，窦桂梅老师在打造团队、引领教师专业成长的方式上，提出了主题教学模式，即组成教师“专题学习”共同体。学校要想真正地发展，必须建立学科团队，依托于学科教研与课程开发，教师方能形成自觉发展的专业发展共同体。其中策略之一就是“共读一本书”。

对所有学校来说，教师都是学校发展的关键，专业素养已成为制约教师职业发展的瓶颈。问题就是发展的机遇。窦桂梅老师就是从这一问题出发，把问题专题化、项目化、课程化，组成一个共同学习的团队，摒弃“头疼医头，脚疼医脚”的教研方式，通过学习共同体的专题阅读研究，让老师与儿童共同分享阅读经验，都能获得良好的根部滋养。

以2007年为例，窦桂梅老师组织教师共读<西游记>的主题系列活动。为什么读这本书?窦老师的解释:为了以读促教。小学语文教材中只是选取了书中的几个章回，如<三打白骨精>、<三借芭蕉扇>、<猴王出世>等。于是她们力图通过阅读整本<西游记>寻找到源头活水，从原著中准确的提取出“教学价值”。围绕原著，又组织教师读了<四百年<西游记>学术史>、<<西游记>与民俗文化>等相关书籍以及上百篇评论。为了让研究更加深入，还读了<文学理论>和<文学概论>等相关文艺理论书籍。读名著，让老师和学生一道融入中华民族的文化血脉中，最后收获的不仅仅是一两节好课，更有看不见的熏陶与浸染。“没有被厚重的经典名著洗礼过的人无法拥有细腻的心灵”。正是这样有计划、有目的的培养机制，有力促进了教师专业素养的提高。

能够认识到开展读书活动、建设书香校园，无疑是我们农村小学从实际出发打造学校特色、促进教师专业发展、为学生人生奠基的明智选择。但对照窦桂梅老师的做法，我们的读书活动目前只是停留在一个初级阶段，就是为读书而读书、就是浮在表象上的读书。读书没有和教书很好的结合，读书没有和培养学生做人很好的结合，读书没有和提高教师专业素养很好的结合。窦桂梅老师“共读一本书”的做法给了我们很大的启示:开展领导共读一本书活动、教师共读一本书活动、学生共读一本书活动。以读促教(促进教师教书、专业素养提高)，以读促学(促进学生学习、养成教育)，以读促建(促进书香校园建设)。无独有偶，期初领导计划交流汇报会上，维武主任在汇报工作中也提到了开展领导共读一本书活动，并且力荐了王宏甲创作的<新教育风暴>一书，令人欣慰，说明我们的领导、老师也都在思考读书问题、都在想工作。于是，共识在领导会上达成:本学期开展共读一本书活动(读书的数量底线，提倡多读):领导带头，共读<新教育风暴>一书，教师先以教研组为单位共读一本书(学校推荐、组内选择)，学生共读一本书(分年组进行)。学期中、学期末要分别开展座谈会、写读书心得、读书知识竞赛等进行检查验收，以期达到最佳效果，由此推动读书活动持续健康开展，从“积跬步”出发，向“至千里”前进!

几天前，女儿给了我一本书，“老爸，你把这本书也读一下吧，记住要写感想哦。”我乖乖地领命，书的名字是<小公主>。好久没有读少儿读物了，闲暇之余读一下或许也有所收获吧，更何况这还是女儿下达的命令呢?我这么想着并催促自己抽空读完了这本书。

故事的大概内容讲的是一个叫萨拉的小女孩经历了家境富有到父亲突然去世的变故，从小公主沦落为小女佣、小教师，甚至流浪街头，然而小萨拉心中的信念没有因为越来越糟糕的破败生活而放弃，她的行为举止始终像个小公主。故事的结局是美好的，我也被小萨拉所感动着，感动的同时，心灵也受到了不小的冲击:假如主人翁换成了我的女儿，她能有这么强的信念和毅力支撑下去而最终有一个好的结局吗?

随着国家改革开放的逐步深入，国家越来越富裕、强大，人民生活水平也水涨船高，日子越来越好，孩子成长的物质条件越来越殷实，对于孩子的日常生活需求基本是有求必应。其实这本来是无可非议的，而且这也是我们几代人所苦苦追求的，然而新的问题却出现了。最近我看到一篇报道，国外很多学校开始拒绝招收中国学生，原因很可笑也很意外，那就是因为中国学生自理能力太差。其实，仔细地想想，这也不能怪人家老外挑剔，看看咱们现在的孩子，有几个孩子的自理能力是让人满意呢?在这里，我不想怪孩子，边读书边思考的是我们作为孩子的家长，我们为此都是怎么做的呢?现在的家庭大多只有一个孩子，家长把孩子当做掌上明珠，为了孩子，大人宁可牺牲自己的爱好和业余时间；为了孩子，大人挖空了心思尽量让他(她)吃好、穿好、住好、行好、学好；为了孩子，大人几乎全天候的服务，几乎不给孩子任何参加家务劳动的机会，总是下意识的认为孩子还小，很多事情还不能做。大人们的所谓的好心、苦心换来的是什么呢?自然是自理能力普遍下降。

这不能不说是现行教育的一种缺失和遗憾。然而，孩子们真的像大人们眼中那么差吗?有天晚上，我们一家人在一起玩耍，我突然心血来潮想考考女儿的英语水平。我一直以为以我大学毕业的英语水平考一个只学了不到两年英语的四年级小学生应该是小菜一碟，可是结果却出乎我的意料，我们最终被女儿考住了，女儿用大量的、丰富的、发音标准的词汇把我们折服了，流利的英文歌曲让我听得赏心悦耳，没想到孩子的表现大大超出我们的期望值。每次孩子自己坐公交车、过马路我们都很担心，有一次我偷偷跟在后面观察了一下，女儿的表现很从容，警觉意识和安全意识都很到位，从那以后我再也没有担心过。在家里，你要是鼓励孩子去做家务劳动，你就会发现其实她做得很用心、很认真，每次都能圆满地完成任务。几次观察下来，我认为孩子的潜能是巨大的，甚至是无限的，很可能会超出我们的想当然n倍，而我们家长们却天天在重复犯一个同样错误，那就是天天抹杀他(她)的潜能，不给他(她)发挥和挖掘潜能和锻炼自理能力的机会，这是当代家长们所犯的最大的低级错误，也是现行教育缺陷之根本所在。

读完这本书，我曾经很想设想一下假如主人翁是我女儿的话她的表现会是怎样，但是现在我的想法改变了，我觉得我们应该给孩子更大的、更充分的信任，给他们更广阔的自由空间，给他们更多的机会和舞台去锻炼自己，把加在他们身上的支撑逐渐拿开，把他们从温室里放到大自然中，把束缚他们的无形枷锁全部都打开，还他们真正的自由空间，让他们自由的飞翔。这样，我还去担心什么呢?

子不教，父之过。当有一天我们的孩子因为自理能力差而被世界名校拒之门外的时候，满脸通红、满面羞愧的是孩子还是我们做家长呢?
