A: We'd like to welcome everyone to the Michelson Tools factory site, and thank

everyone for being here today. My name is Paul Shafer, I'll be showing you around

today. Please feel free to ask questions at any point during our tour, I'll be happy to

answer questions for you.

B: Is it really necessary to wear all this protective gear?

A: That's an excellent question. I'll bet your wondering why we ask you to wear

hard hats and safety goggles while you're in the plant. The reason is simple, we

care about your safety and we want to ensure there are no injuries today. As you will

see, to maintain a high level safety, we also require all of our staff to wear similar

protective gear.

B: How long will the tour take?

A: It should take about twenty minutes to go through the main plant, and maybe

another ten to take a look at the laboratory. All together our tour should last about

half an hour.

B: Okay. . . .

A: Well, if you don't have any questions, shall we get started? If you'll follow

me, first I'll take you to the site of our semi-conductor system. . . . A: Here in the main plant is where most of the action takes place. We produce and

package more than five hundred thousand units per year on these machines. . . if

you do the math on it, that breaks down to about one unit every minute.

B: How many employees do you have working in this area? What percentage of

your employees are on the ground floor?

A: We have about 40 employees on the ground floor, which is about 20% of the

total staff. Ground floor employees include production line workers, maintenance

B: What all do your quality control people oversee?

A: They are responsible for ensuring the continuity of quality for the products that

come out of our plant and they also work together with the system engineers to keep

考注册会计师难吗?

蛮难的~~~每次报考不要两科以上

要成为一个注册会计师,就要在5年内通过全科(共5科)考试。我的感悟是:第

一,注会考试很难;第二,想在一两年内全科通过更难。当初,我在报考时也充

满了当年通过全部5科的雄心壮志(事实是每年全国只有不到20人可以当年全科

通过),结果到复习时就知道自己错得很厉害,所以强烈建议考友每次不要报两

科以上。

复习书一定要用当年的新版,辅导书最好选当年5、6月份出版的。如果还

有前一年的课本就再好不过了,因为每一年课本更新的部分都是考试的重点,对

照起来看自然事半功倍。另外参加一个比较有口碑的辅导班也是过关的不二法

门。

会计:投资、合并报表是重点

注册会计师的《会计》这一科,可称得上是第一杀手。会计书最厚,内容最

多,要充分做好吃苦和受打击的准备。想要不经历“一番寒彻骨”,就要“梅花扑鼻

香”是绝对不可能的。总的来说投资、合并报表等是永恒的重点,当然每年新颁

布的会计准则也很重要。虽然不太愿意承认,不过有些重点确实是没办法的事,

属于下了工夫也白费。

财务成本管理:多多做习题

首先要说的是财务成本管理考试的通过率很低,但说它很难考却也未必。就

我的感觉来看,应该说“风险与机遇并存”。财务成本管理考试考核全面,题量较

大,而且注重实际。所谓“实际”,主要是考查财务数量分析的操作能力(其实多是

纸上谈兵的东东),因而试题中的计算量比较大。所以只要多做习题就OK了。

当然计算会相对复杂一些,不过只要平时注意理解概念也就行了。

审计:强化记忆

据考纲说“《审计》科目的考试以„全面考核,突出重点,理论联系实际,注

重考查考生的实务操作能力‟为命题原则”,就个人的亲身经历来看,通过审计的

唯一好方法就是“背”,或曰“在理解的基础上背诵”(其实只要你背下来了就一定能

理解)。

审计重点在前面几章,关于基本审计概念、理论的内容以及最后几章关于完

成审计工作和审计报告的内容,至于中间几章关于各个循环的具体审计程序,只

要知道每个循环的一些重点内容、理解其精神就够了。考前要特别注意审计报告

的部分,多做题,应该很顺利地PASS(前提是你的会计还不错。)。

经济法:背书、背题

实话实说,经济法是比较注重法律知识理解和实际应用的一门。但令人郁闷

的是,经济法考试的特点之一是试题涵盖了考试大纲以及辅导教材所有章的内容

(记住是“所有章”)。换句话说,整本书你得全背。当然,可以把类似的东西联系

起来记忆,如股票、债券、基金、上市条件等等。

此外,还可以多看一看经济类的报纸,上面常有一些真实案例,可以给我们

以启迪。

2014年度注册会计师全国统一考试报名简章

根据《注册会计师全国统一考试办法》,现将2014年度注册会计师全国统一考试专业阶段考试和综合阶段考试报名事项规定如下:

一、报名条件

(一)同时符合下列条件的中国公民,可以申请参加注册会计师全国统一考试专业阶段考试:

1. 具有完全民事行为能力;

2. 具有高等专科以上学校毕业学历,或者具有会计或者相关专业中级以上技术职称。

(二)同时符合下列条件的中国公民,可以申请参加注册会计师全国统一考试综合阶段考试:

1. 具有完全民事行为能力;

2. 已取得财政部注册会计师考试委员会(简称财政部考委会)颁发的注册会计师全国统一考试专业阶段考试合格证

(三)有下列情形之一的人员,不得报名参加注册会计师全国统一考试:

1. 因被吊销注册会计师证书,自处罚决定之日起至申请报名之日止不满5年者;

2. 以前年度参加注册会计师全国统一考试因违规而受到停考处理期限未满者。

二、报名程序

参加注册会计师全国统一考试的报名人员,应当通过中国注册会计师协会网站“注册会计师全国统一考试网上报名”进行报名。报名分为网上预报名、资格审核、交费确认三个步骤。

(一)网上预报名

报名人员应当于2014年3月31日至4月25日(网上报名系统开放时间为8:00—20:00),登录中国注册会计师协站(

所有报名人员应当重新注册,登录报名系统,按照报名指引填写相关信息。预报名完成后,网上报名系统为报名人成预报名信息表,请报名人员下载打印,以备现场资格审核时使用。应届毕业生还应下载打印应届毕业生承诺书并签报名人员符合综合阶段考试的报名条件,但不能完成网上预报名的,可向所在省、自治区、直辖市财政厅(局)注计师考试委员会办公室(简称地方考办)查询办理(查询电话详见网上报名系统中有关各省报名信息)。 专业阶段考试报名人员可以同时报考专业阶段6个科目,也可以选择报考部分科目。

(二)资格审核

1. 现场资格审核

首次报名人员、应届毕业生,以及姓名、身份证件号码和照片信息需要变更的非首次报名人员应当进行现场资格审场资格审核时间为5月5日至16日。地方考办可以在上述期限内确定本地区现场资格审核时间和地点。

(1) 首次报名人员(不含应届毕业生)

首次报名参加专业阶段考试的报名人员,应当持本人签名的预报名信息表、身份证件原件及复印件、毕业证书或中上职称证书原件及复印件,到报考所在地方考办指定地点办理资格审核。

持国外学历证书的报名人员,还应当同时提供教育部留学服务中心出具的学历认证书。

(2) 应届毕业生

应届毕业生应当持本人签名的预报名信息表、身份证件原件及复印件、应届毕业生承诺书,到报考所在地方考办指点办理资格审核。

应届毕业生还应当于7月7日至18日期间,登录网上报名系统录入本人的毕业证书(或学历认证书)编号,不再进二次现场资格审核。未录入毕业证书(或学历认证书)编号的,报名资格不予审核通过。

(3) 非首次报名人员

非首次报名人员,如果姓名、身份证件号码和照片信息需要变更,应当持本人签名的预报名信息表、身份证件原件印件、公安局开具的姓名、身份证件变更的证明,到报考所在地方考办指定地点办理信息变更和资格审核。

2. 学历认证

首次报名人员和应届毕业生填报的毕业证书(或学历认证书)编号,将提交中国高等教育学生信息网进行学历认证通过学历认证的报名人员,报名资格不予审核通过,将不能下载打印准考证和参加考试。

(三)交费确认

完成现场资格审核的报名人员,可以登录网上报名系统,交纳考试报名费。

无需进行资格审核的报名人员,在完成网上预报名后,可直接通过网上报名系统交纳考试报名费。

报名费标准按照各省、自治区、直辖市价格主管部门、财政部门制定的相关规定执行。交费手续完成后,考试报名予退还。

交费截止时间为5月20日20:00。

三、考试科目和范围

专业阶段考试科目:会计、审计、财务成本管理、公司战略与风险管理、经济法、税法。

综合阶段考试科目:职业能力综合测试(试卷一、试卷二)。

考试范围:由财政部考委会在发布的考试大纲中确定。

四、考试方式(特定范围报名人员除外)

考试采用闭卷、计算机化考试(简称机考)方式。即,在计算机终端获取试题、作答并提交答题结果。

考试系统支持8种输入法:微软拼音输入法、全拼输入法、智能ABC输入法、谷歌拼音输入法、搜狗拼音输入法、五笔型输入法、极品五笔输入法、万能五笔输入法。

五、特定范围报名人员

(一)特定范围报名人员,是指1967年12月31日前(含)出生的,选择纸笔作答考试方式的报名人员(下同)纸笔作答考试方式,是指通过计算机终端获取试题,客观试题使用计算机作答,主观试题使用纸笔作答。

(二)特定范围报名人员完成网上预报名后,应当在现场资格审核期间,持本人签名的预报名信息表、身份证件原复印件、毕业证书或中级以上职称证书原件及复印件,到报名所在地方考办指定地点现场提交考试方式申请书,确认作答考试资格。交费手续完成后,不再允许变更考试方式。

(三)特定范围报名人员,应当到财政部注册会计师考试委员会办公室(简称财政部考办)专门设立的考区参加考专业阶段考试和综合阶段考试考区均设置在湖北省武汉市。

(四)纸笔作答考试方式将保留至2015年,2016年起取消。

六、考试时间和地点

(一) 考试时间

综合阶段考试:

2014年8月23日 08:30—12:00 职业能力综合测试(试卷一)

14:00—17:30 职业能力综合测试(试卷二)

专业阶段考试:

2014年9月13日 08:30—11:00 审计

13:00—15:30 财务成本管理

17:30—19:30 经济法

2014年9月14日 08:30—11:30 会计

13:30—15:30 公司战略与风险管理

17:30—19:30 税法

(二) 考试地点

专业阶段考试地点安排在各省、自治区、直辖市设立的各考区。

综合阶段考试地点安排在直辖市和各省会城市。

七、考试辅导教材

中国注册会计师协会根据财政部考委会发布的考试大纲,编写专业阶段6个科目考试辅导教材和经济法规汇编,分编最近4年专业阶段和综合阶段考试试题,由出版社出版发行。报名人员可在当地书店、出版社指定的网上书店或在考办资格审核现场自愿购买。

八、准考证的下载打印

综合阶段考试报名人员应当于8月4日至22日期间,登录中国注册会计师协会网站,进入“注册会计师全国统一考上报名系统”下载打印准考证。

专业阶段考试报名人员应当于8月27日至9月12日期间,登录中国注册会计师协会网站,进入“注册会计师全国考试网上报名系统”下载打印准考证。

九、试卷评阅和成绩认定

(一)考生答卷由财政部考办集中组织评阅。考试成绩经财政部考委会认定后发布。考生可登录中国注册会计师协站查询成绩并下载打印成绩单。

(二)每科考试均实行百分制,60分为成绩合格分数线。

(三)专业阶段考试的单科考试合格成绩5年内有效。对在连续5个年度考试中取得专业阶段考试全部科目合格成考生,财政部考委会颁发注册会计师全国统一考试专业阶段考试合格证。

注册会计师全国统一考试专业阶段考试合格证由考生到专业阶段最后一科考试报考所在地方考办申领。

(四)对取得综合阶段考试科目合格成绩的考生,财政部考委会颁发注册会计师全国统一考试全科合格证。 注册会计师全国统一考试全科合格证由考生到综合阶段考试报考所在地方考办申领。

十、专业阶段考试免试条件

具有会计或者相关专业高级技术职称的人员(包括学校及科研单位中具有会计或者相关专业副教授、副研究员以上者),可以申请免予专业阶段考试1个专长科目的考试。

十一、其他注意事项

(一)报名人员应当认真阅读《注册会计师全国统一考试办法》、《注册会计师全国统一考试违规行为处理办法》关文件(可在中国注册会计师协会网站上查阅),报名即视为全部认同并承诺遵守上述文件。

(二)报名人员下载打印准考证时,应当认真阅读由财政部考委会制定的《注册会计师全国统一考试应考人员考场》和有关考试信息,并按要求参加考试。

(三)财政部考办将于5月中旬开通注册会计师考试机考练习网站(

(四)考生需要对考试成绩复核的,可在成绩发布之日起20日内向考试所在地方考办提出申请,财政部考办根据《会计师全国统一考试成绩复核办法》统一组织成绩复核。

(五)财政部考办将通过中国注册会计师协会网站发布考试相关通知,请报名人员随时关注。

大家都知道how many和how much是用来提问多少,的意思,那么how many和how much有什么区别吗?

1、所修饰词的不同

how many用来修饰可数名词的复数,它的句式是:How many+复数名词+一般疑问句+

how much用来修饰不可数名词,表示数量,也可单独使用。 2、how many的用法

(1)对there be句型中主语的数量如:some, five, only one等提问时,如果主语是可数名词,不管主语是单数还是复数一般都用复数形式提问,因为问话人不知道具体的数量是多少,而且many只能接可数名词复数形式,所以be一定要用are.即用How many+可数名词复数+are there+地点/时间状语 的句型结构.例如:

1)There is a book on the desk. (用how many改为特殊疑问句)

2)There are seven days in a week. (对划线部分进行提问)

(2)记忆口诀

how many在句首,名词复数跟着走,一般问句紧相随,其它成分不要丢.

3、how much 的用法

(1)用来询问事物的数量,后接不可数名词。例如:

How much milk is there in the glass 玻璃杯里有多少牛奶?

(2)用来询问事物的重量。例如:

-How much does the pig weigh 这头猪多重?

-Eighty kilos.八十公斤。

(3)how much 意为“多少钱”时,可单独使用,也可构成词组how much money,但英语中常省略money,用来询问某物的价钱、价格。

(注意:how much询问价格时,它的回答若是中国的货币单位应采用汉语拼音yuan,fen来表示,几角常采用几十分来表示,字母用小写,且不用复数。例如:

-How much is the eraser 这块橡皮擦多少钱?-Ninety two fen.九角二分。)

(4)用来询问数字计算的结果,相当于what。例如:

-How much is three plus one 三加一等于多少?

-It''''s four.等于四。
