贴：请确保贴牢在行李面上。大件包裹牌：请用绳子拴在行李上；如果行李为纸箱的，请将大件包裹袋牌粘贴在纸箱上，袋牌上的孔请勿粘贴。

称重、计费：将包裹交由邮局工作人员检查后进行称重、计费工作，并协助

自己已有4次托运自行车的经历，和大家分享一点小小的心得，让大家能够更好地了解托运事宜，托运自行车绝对是方便实惠的出行选择！

1托运地点：

各大火车站中铁快运服务部

2托运流程：

a在托运大厅领取托运单并依照要求填写，就像填写邮政快递一样方便，不懂得可以咨询窗口收费的工作人员，但绝不要找大厅里的人代填或者找人代办，因为这些人会收你的“手续费”，因为他们就是专门代办这个的。

b将填写好的托运单递交到收货的地方，核实单据的工作人员会填好剩余的选项并将自行车检查后推入托运部仓库，这里主要注意：1自行车的称重，工作人员一般会填20KG~25KG，其实我们的整车大约也就15kg~20kg，这个可以和他们讲一下要求称重，不过不讲也没关系，几块钱的事情。2保价与否，一般来说100元地保价费是1元，也可以选择不保价，有时候保价能占到运费的近一半。

c交了货物之后就拿着单据前往缴费窗口缴费，托运是按照里程和重量算得，一般来说700公里9毛钱一公斤，所以一辆自行车的托运费一般在30元以内，远一些的地方按比例增加，近一些的地方按比例减少就是了。

3托运准备

考虑到自行车托运时一般直接和其他货物堆放在一起，注意，是堆放，因此托运过程中损伤自行车的情况极为常见，往往是车座被划破、车管刮花等等，为了避免不必要的划伤、摩擦，做一些托运前的准备是十分必要的，主要有以下三点：

a去除铃铛、码表等自行车附属品以免托运过程中丢失、破损；

b将前变速调至最小，后变速调至最大，使变速器呈收缩状态以得到保护；

c对车架、前叉、座位等用布条、泡沫纸等材料进行包缠，以避免搬运、运输的过程中受损。

做完以上保护，基本上就可以安安心心地将自行车托运而不必担心爱车被损伤了。

4托运时间的选择

一般1000公里以内的托运会在隔天到达，因此在出发前一天托运自行车是比较合适的，这样的话在出发的当天，自行车就会到达目的车站，托运单上填写的收件人如果是自己的话，那么到站的这一天下午就会收到中铁快运的电话通知。一般来说保存事件并没有明确限制，半个月之内去取都不会有太大问题，只是到站3天之后会收取每天几角钱到几元钱不等的保管费，对于长途骑行的人来说，只要选择好托运时间，这些都不会是什么严重的问题。

5收件流程

到达目的地之后就要收件，收件人需要凭借托运单以及身份证到收件火车站的中铁快运大厅（一般就在出站口旁边）办理相关手续，这里大约要付3~6元不等的提货费等杂费，付完钱就会收到提货单，拿着提货单去仓库提货就可以了。一般来说，仓库和大厅是在一起的，所以稍等几分钟就能提出自己的爱车啦！

我有过3次长途骑行的经验，在旅行的过程中，托运自行车的方便之处不言而喻，很多同学不了解托车运输的流程，往往被迫拆车装包提上火车运输，其实这样不仅没有必要而且会极大地增加旅行的不便，尤其是坐硬座车以及无座站票时。因此，除非是卧铺，一般的长途旅行还是推荐大家托运自行车，省时省力，花费也不贵，最重要的是减少了乘车时的烦恼，增加了旅行的乐趣。

根据学校的统一安排，定于6月24日—— 6 月29 日进行四方校区毕业生包裹的收寄工作。为做好该项工作，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、 行李托运流程：

1、 学生首先把需邮寄的行李交给工作人员进行验视（注意：不能事先

自己封装）。

2、 验视后，由工作人员与学生共同封装。

3、 填写包裹详情单，然后把收集人姓名、地址写在包裹的封装袋上。

4、 将包裹单及包裹交给工作人员称重计费。

5、 最后交款并将收据妥善保管便于查询。

二、 行李打包注意事项：

根据上级有关规定，为确保邮件安全，所有邮寄的物品必须经工作人员验视后，与寄件人共同封装后才能邮寄，并且规定以下物品禁止邮寄：

1、 各类易燃易爆物品。

2、 新鲜水果、蔬菜及易腐烂类物品等。

3、 各类液体、化工类产品等（如香水、发胶等）。

4、 反动、淫秽等物品。

5、 疑似危险品，对不能确定安全性或存有可疑性的物品一律不予收寄。

计算机技术引发了电子信箱、电子出版物、电子金融、电子数字交换(EDI)等现代技术的问世，为人类社会带来了无纸化邮件、无纸化贸易、无纸化货币、无纸化报刊等。这种变革对以纸张为媒体进行实物传递的邮政行业来说无疑是个巨大的冲击。在信息高速公路建设刚刚起步的今天，发达国家的邮政业务量已呈现停滞不前的迹象。美国国内平信的增长率从1990年的4％萎缩到1995年的1.5％；日本邮政的邮件量也已基本不再增长；瑞士邮政的业务量正在走下坡路。

网络时代对邮政意味着什么

信函类：从最近的一些统计资料可以看到，在美国，通信(电话除外)、交易、出版和广告市场的总收入每年约二千二百亿美元，其中邮政总局约占四百三十亿美元即19.6％，其余的由美国邮政传统竞争对手如：报纸、电视和电信业(传真等)所得。电子邮件每二至四年就增长一倍，到2000年，美国邮政在交易通信市场所占的比例则会降为35％。

报刊类：目前的电子出版物有三种。第一是出版物产生过程中采用计算机排版技术，这种情况使实现分地印刷变得容易且经济，对于邮政的发行运输和运输计划提出了与之相适应的新的要求；第二是出现电子报刊，如美国《时代》周刊和我国的《计算机世界》等出版合订本光盘，这样会影响图书市场的份额分配，这种情况，电子出版物仍需要通过物流网传输，邮政还有一定的发行运输业务；第三是“无纸出版”，它包括可视图文、电子邮件、电子报刊、电视和广播等，这已和邮政发行体制分道扬镳了，邮政全然没有了业务。全世界目前的网络报纸有900多种，美国占一半有余，欧洲有200余种，拉美有38种。我国《经济日报》等约20余家报刊已加入国内“金桥电子报刊联机阅读系统”。

包件类：信息技术的发展对包件类传统邮政业务的发展不仅未带来冲击，反而由于邮购业务的发展、网上购物的普及以及邮寄电子出版物等新业务的开拓、包件类业务正呈上升趋势，据预测，包件类业务将成倍增长，成为传统邮政业务中，唯一随新技术的发展而增长的业务。

金融类：金融业的发展趋势是电子银行和电子货币。在美国，25％的银行业务是通过电话或电传进行的。购物者和销售者买卖双方在计算机网内进行全部的商业交易，由于这种通过个人计算机和银行业务网实现付账、转账、管理投资、查询财务及其它金融业务功能，“电子货币”就应运而生。电子银行和电子货币将大量减少和限制现金的使用，这对邮政金融来说是莫大的考验。

新技术对业务结构的影响

随着邮购发展和网上贸易的普及以及邮寄电子出版物等新业务的开拓，信函业务将成倍下降，而包件业务却将成倍上升。因此，在传统业务中，包件将代替信函成为第一大邮政业务。

物流网是邮政的基础和优势，但随着新的信息技术的发展，传统邮政受到很大冲击是不可避免的。因此，世界邮政界的不少有识之士的眼光不仅仅局限在实物邮件的传递上，已将业务扩展到通信领域和社会各个角落，大邮政的观念逐步树立起来。美国邮政将在电子通信领域里开拓如下服务：管理和提供标准地址的存取服务；保证电子邮件的安全，并对此负法律责任；在全国范围内普遍提供电子邮件服务；产品定购服务；与政府部门之间沟通；全球通信。

现代通信的发展为邮政在不断增长的通信市场上占有合理份额提供了机遇。在这里，邮政需要为新产品新业务的产生、发展、评估和采用而开发系统化的处理方式。这些新产品新业务应当充分利用邮政的下列网络优势：收件网络；零售网络；运输车队；传输系统(国内及国外)；正在建设的邮政综合计算机网；邮政储金汇业局的金融操作能力；邮政服务系统的普遍性与运递能力应与其它通信技术的长处结合起来，形成迅速、可靠、价格低廉、普遍的信息传送系统。此外，这些先进技术的结合可通过提供全范围的高附加值业务，从而使邮政部门获益。

Communication预测，到2000年美国的网络广告市场将达到50亿美元。因此，我国邮政应当加强混合邮件广告系统的推广应用和网络广告的开发推广。借助邮政综合计算机网的建设，抓住“三电合一”技术的发展应用这一契机，及早发展邮政网络广告，利用邮政通信的网点优势，提供基于邮政综合计算机网的混合邮件广告和邮政网络广告，力争在网络广告方面占有自己的一席之地、在混合邮件广告系统方面处于主导地位。

网上银行：划拨业务是网上银行的重要业务内容之一。中国银行作为国内第一家网上银行已于1998年3月6日成功地完成了第一笔网上支付业务。网上银行作为金融业未来的发展方向已引起了世界各国的高度重视。因此，作为准金融机构的中国邮政储金汇业局应尽快完善邮政金融计算机网，早日建成网上银行，为邮政在金融业的竞争打下坚实的基础，为开展和推动电子商务提供前提条件。

电子商务：Internet电子商务是一种利用计算机系统通过Internet将销售商和客户之间的服务信息进行传递的电子形式。它包括两大类内容：一是企业之间的电子贸易；二是网上购物。利用Internet进行交易意味着包括寻找和确认客户、产品介绍、订货、填表、付款、产品的调整以及售后服务过程的自动化。它甚至可以使公司成为不需要销售渠道以及集中式存货仓库的虚拟企业从而成功地在全世界进行贸易。事实上，电子商务盛行之时，整个世界将彻底打破原有的格局，按照新的经济形势划分世界，因此美国总统克林顿把促进电子商务的发展列为其第二任期内任务，而美国政府也认为电子商务将是未来25年内世界经济发展的一个重要的驱动力。据统计，Internet电子商务目前在全球的网络用户已达9000万，到1997年底全球前500家大企业中有75％建立了网络交易系统，全球电子交易额在4500亿～6000亿美元。这样将大力推动电子商务的发展，从而有效利用邮政通信物流网，促进邮政业务的迅速发展。
