做好准备工作有助于让面试时的自我介绍更加流畅，其实这步非常简单，但又不可掉以轻心：简单写几句话，告诉自己你为什么去面试，并要经常提醒自己。准备介绍自己的文字材料、你的观念信仰、个人简历，以及自己适合这份工作的理由。陈述要实事求是不自吹自擂，并举些实例和证明来增加陈述的可信度。不妨试试用这样的话开头的句子：“我有个很好的名声，那就是……”，“我的同事们告诉我，说我……”

2、制定好面试计划。

不要夸大或淡化你的成功得意之处。对自己的失误要诚实，但也要清楚地说明自己从中得到了什么教训。练习不要太多，只要能使自己对要说的话较为熟悉即可，这样在面试时你会感到很舒服，听起来也自然而然。关键的一点在于，一定要在面试时的自我介绍有限的时间和表现范围内，抓住面试官的吸引力，突出自己复合对方对需的优势长处，暗示你恰好就是对方坑里所需的那颗萝卜，不大不小刚刚好，充分传递给对方“你是最合适的”心理暗示，成功做到这点，你就等着第二次的约见通知吧！
