英 语 课 前 三 分 钟

每个年级每周确定一个主题，并将学生的展示以视频的形式记录下来，课后播放给学生。各年级主题如下：

一． 学生领读、齐读课文，默写26个字母（低年级）

二． 小小播报员（中高年级）

围绕身边所见所闻或所学相关话题，学生做汇报。话题参考：天气、食物、爱好、周末活动、季节、外貌性格等。

三． 单词接龙（中高年级）

开头说一个单词，后一学生用前一个单词的尾字母做新单词的首字母。

四． 我是小小记忆王（中高年级）

五． 角色扮演

一.小小播报员

这个环节比较灵活，考虑到照顾各个层次的学生，对基础好的我提出了高一点的要求，要求他们关心身边事，做个有心人，我想通过这个活动培养学生的政治敏锐度和社会责任感。建议他们利用中午和晚上在家的时间多看看新闻报道或专题报道，做专题学习。比如最近的大事是日本地震，就去学习一下地震，海啸，日本自卫队，国际救援队，预警信号，等等词汇的英语怎么说。建议学生每人配一本英语字典，也可以上网查，做专题学习时，一定要找时事或者比较新的东西，这样比较有兴趣去学，也会更实用。比如学学facebook人人网这种社交网络现象的词汇句子。试行了一个星期，参与到这个层面的

学生越来越多，由刚开始的一两个增加到十个左右了。通过这个活动，使我认识到，学生潜在的能力是不可忽视的，只要他感兴趣，只要他想展示，他就会给你一个意想不到的结果，关键在于你怎么去把握，怎么去调动他们的积极性。

对于其他的同学，我也没有忽视，我让他们根据自己的情况选择他们所熟悉的天气（weather），食物（food），自己感兴趣的书或读物(book)，周末的活动（activities），参加过的同学的生日party等等，这些都可以是播报内容。英语课堂三分钟。

周一到周四是自由展示阶段，也就是在每节课前三分钟由学生自由播报他们的所见所闻，周五是评比阶段。每周播报优秀者我们推荐到学校的广播室”小海螺之声”,进行全校的播报，展示给全校的老师和同学。

二．英语接龙

其实也是背单词，开头说一个单词，后一个学生用前一个单词的尾字母做新单词的首字母。 （适合于高年级）

三．我是小小记忆王

虽然单词一直在记，由于马上就要迎接市统考，为了加强，特别增加了这个环节，主题定为“我是小小记忆王”。利用课前三分钟的时间给学生确定一个主题，比如文具类，动物类，颜色类等，让他们自由默写单词，三分钟之内默的越多越好，当场评比，当场奖励。连续一个星期默写都是最多的同学封上“小小单词记忆王”的称号，并给他（她）带上老师亲手制作的轮流“皇冠”。

四． 轻松一刻

六年级的学生已逐步进入了紧张的复习阶段，同学面临着小升初的压力，因此课前三分钟我也插入了以娱乐为主的版块，目地是调解学生紧张浮躁的心情，缓和他们的压力。内容以幽默，趣闻和小故事为主，让同学们能够在紧张的氛围中开心一笑，更好更专注的投入到复习中去。赢得笑声和掌声最多的同学被评为同学的“开心果”。

The civil engineering is a world of creating thing which makes the structures that define our modern life and makes life better .

Civil engineering remains to be an integral part in our daily life. Obviously, civil engineers have provided our life in order but also have marveled the world ,everything from the Great wall of China,to the Taj Mahal in India,to the Colossuem in Italy ,to the Petra in Jordan. In fact,all seven of the wonders of the world were of the civil engineering. The urban construction has been to develop in the direction of high and deep,to solve the urban land supply and demand contradiction.High way and high-speed railway construction is still showing a trend of development. All of these are making our life better.

On the other hand ,engineers create more new materials which can be applied in some beautiful architecture with irregular shape and structure. For example, the bird nest is used in soccer and track and filed race in 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. One of the materials is special Q460 steel which costs the scientific research personnel half year to create. Known as national swimming center, water cube ,is another landmark

building in 2008 Olympics. It `s main material is ETFE membrane plastic. These new certain function materials are what the civil engineers create to make the architecture perfect.

Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon! I‟m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.

1、 Do you know what is youth? 2、 How do you master your youth?

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices. Once I hope I canstudy in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for (= what will happen to) me.

When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job. Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.

to exemplify what success means to me， i pose a question to all of you。 what brings us together here today? i believe that it is the beauty of the spoken word。 the effect of pause and the sound of  rhetoric are unique to the spoken word。 i believe the beauty of the spoken word is even stronger for those who have difficulty in expressing themselves。 these people are reclusive and had their emotions hidden within them。 i once went to australia and i saw two pictures， once was drawn by a normal child， the other was drawn by a child with social inhibitions。 the picture drawn by the normal child was simple and plain。 the other was life-like， full of details and imagination。 what this shows is that these are ideas， emotions and feelings that are locked internally in these 

children。

my ideal is to be the key， spreading the beauty of the spoken words to these children。 these children have been neglected， but i feel that i can and should help these children to find  themselves and be able to express themselves。

i realize that this is a difficult task， and there are many obstacles on the way。 but i believe in my ideals and i will stick to them--even in the face of adversity。 we should never have a  premature abortion of ideals--let the child， let our ideals， stand the challenge。 for a life without ideals is not living。
