Growing up in china as a Chinese person

Growing up in China as a Chinese person,When i was a child, one of my most treasured memory was that my teacher showed me the beauty,the shape and the form of Chinese characters. Ever since then, i was fascinated by this incredible language.

But to an outsider,It seems to be as impenetrable as the Great-wall of China.So i often think what differences between memorizing Chinese characters and English words, One day i sited in front of the computer and i noticed a TV show form the internet,The speech was about how to let anyone who wants to understand appreciate the beauty of Chinese characters and how a new, fast method of learning Chinese might be useful. I think it was useful and interesting,So i want to share with you guys.

A Chinese scholar can understand 20,000 Chinese

characters,you only need 1,000 to understand the basic literature .It’s enough to read road signs,restaurant menus to understand the basic idea of the web pages or the newspapers.Today i’m going to start with eight to show you how the method works.Are you ready?

Open you mouth as wide as possible until it’s square .You get a mouth .This is a person going for a walk.Person .If the shape of the fire is a person with two arms on both sides,as if he was yelling frantically,”Help i’m on fire!” this symbol actually is originally from the shape of the flame,But i like to think that way.Whichever works

for you.This is a tree.This is a mountain,The sun,The moon.The symbol of the door looks like a pair of saloon door in the wild west. I call these eight characters radicals.They are the foundation for you to learn more Chinese characters. A person.If someone walks behind,that is to” follow”.As the saying goes:two is company,three is a crowd.if a person stretches their arms wide, this person is saying ,”it was so big”,the person inside the mouth,it is a prisoner. One tree is a tree,Two trees together,we have the woods,Three trees together,We get the forest.Put a mouth on the top of the tree,that’s “idiot”easy to remember. Remember fire?two fires together i get really hot.three fires together ,that’s a lot of flames.Set the fire underneath the two trees,it’s burning.

For us ,the sun is the source of energy .Two suns together, prosperous .three together that’s sparkles.put the sun and the moon together, it’s brightness,it also means tomorrow.Two moons meet each other,Oh! we are the same,we are best friends.So sparkle add friend are equal to my name.

On the left,we have a woman.Two women together they have an argument.

We can use the basic radicals to get more Chinese characters. So with very little effort, you will be able to learn a couple hundred characters. After we know the characters,we start building

phrases.For example.the mountain and the fire together we have fire mountain,It’s a volcano.

The character on the left is two mountains stacked on the top of each other.In ancient China,that means in exile,because Chinese emperors,they put their political enemies in exile beyond mountains. Nowadays,exile has turned into getting out.A mouth which tells you where to get out is an “exit”.

Step 1 ：Who is the person Iadmire ?I ask myself and think over it . Then my grandpa flash in my heart . My grandpa is a peasant .but he is a smart farmer and an excellent leader in our village . As our grandpa ,he is strict with his grandsons ;As a husband ,he love his wife deeply .【as,a,person】

My grandpa is an excellent person admired in my heart .like everyone he plays many kinds of roles in his life .As a leader ,he leaded villager overcome the starvation .As a husband ,he love his wife deeply ; However , the most important reason I admire him that is the role as a grandpa in our family . Why ? He is stricted with us in some ways and love us in other ways .

He is diligent and thrifty ，so we are required not to waste anything，especially ，when we have meal ,we must eat all food in our bowl ,just nothing left .If not , he would shout at you with his angry face , of course , he win .We are so afraid that we eat all things quickly . Sometimes ,one side wecry,on one side eat the meal . But he encourages us to make friends with anyone ,he think friends are very important in people’s life .so grandpa welcomes our friends to our home and treat them with delicious dessert . It’s his principle .

In a word , my grandpa have his own way solve problem , it is his attraction .Because of this ,I learn much from my grandpa .
