三.教材分析:

《She’s a nice teacher.》是外研版新标准英语三年级起点第四册第一模块第一单元的教学内容。本课通过卡通盼盼对朋友的介绍,学习表示人物特点的4个词语及描述他人性格特征的句型。鼓励学生在介绍事物时使用适当的副词,如a bit , very。四年级的学生,经过一年半的学习,已掌握一定的词汇、句型知识,有一定的口语水平。本篇课文是四年级下学期的第一节课,本节课的内容相对来说比较简单,在教学中我注重了教材前后编排的连续性,做到有的放矢,把新旧知识有机结合起来,循序渐进,化难为易。

【教学重难点】

教学重点:能正确听,说,认读本课新单词:a bit shy, nice, clever, naughty,能够运用本课句型介绍和描述家人及朋友。

教学难点:运用本课句型介绍自己的朋友或家人。

四、教学目标:

1、语言知识目标

学生能听懂、会说、会读单词及词组: nice, clever, naughty,a bit shy。

学生能听懂、会说、会读重点句型,This is ...... She /He is......,知道如何介绍别人及其性格特点。

2、语言技能目标

通过创设情境和游戏等活动激发学生的参与热情;能用所学句型,介绍自己的朋友或家人。

3、情感态度目标

(1)懂得应该结交更多的朋友,了解朋友,并善于发现朋友的优点。

(2)在活动中进一步强化相互了解、相互协作的情感;在师评、自评、互评中,增强自信,提高学生学习英语的积极性。

七、教学过程: Step Ⅰ : Warming-up

1、Greeting.

2、Sing a song.

1、 Review the words.

small等,通过课件展示不同的形容词图片,复习以前学过的形容词,从而引出新单词,进行学习。)

2、 Lean the new words.

(1)、利用单词卡片教师领读,学生跟读,开火车读,男女生读,齐读等方式认读单词。

(2)、教师将卡片贴在黑板上,边做表情边领读,让学生跟着一起做动作和表情。

(3)、Say and do.游戏学单词。学完之后上台表演,用双簧的形式,一个在前做表情和动作,一个在后面说英语。

Step 1 Warm up :

Using the adjectives to describe your classmates.

Step Two: Listen and point.

(1) Point out the different meanings of the word “cool”. In this unit, cool” means fashionable, and it is most commonly used to mean “quitecold”. The word “cool” has other meanings as well,but they are ones that the students are unlikely to come across in the future.

(2) Listen to the tape and underline the new words. Write down these adjectives on the board, and then learn these new words.

Listen to the tape again. Read the text.

Close your book. Use CAI shows the pictures of text. Choose some students to describe the pictures.

Step Three: Listen and say, then say the poem and do the actions. Play the spoken version of the poem. And have the students. Repeat each line. Play the tape and have the students.

Tell the students that they are going to work in groups

of three or four. Do the AB unit 2.

Game:

Explain that they are going to play a game where they

have to whisper some information to their classmate. That classmate has to whisper the information to the next person.
